摘要

据初步的临床资料报道

针麻复合硬膜外腔内注入小剂量局麻药(简称针药复合麻醉)做胃大部切除术

既可达到外科手术所要求的麻醉效果

又能发挥针刺调整内脏功能的作用

患者术中血压平稳

恶心呕吐等内脏牵拉反应小

术后恢复快。依据中The effect of a minimim dose of narcotic administrated into epidural cavity on the transmission of the afferent messages of acupuncture at“Zusanli” acupoint was studied by means of

H-labelled deoxyglucose autoradiograhy. In 5 rats

the extradural puncture site was made at T8-9.2 rats were given saline(34μl/100g body weight)as contreol.3 rats were given anesthe- tic drugs(0.4%Xylocaine+0.15%。

Abstract

Dicaine 34μl/100 body weight).The ane- sthetic range was maintained within T_(4-11) used in subtotal gastrectomy.Under this condition

the messages of acupuncture at“Zusanli”acupoint transmi- tting the somatic sensory pathways in spinal cord was not significantly influ- enced by the drugs and went up to the higher part of the brain to perform the inhibitory effects on stomach traction reactions. The mechanisms of the effeciency and the advantages of conbined acupu- ncture anesthesia with a minimum dose of epidural block were schematically ndisussed.
