gastrin in plasma decreases signicantly with simutaneous decreses in the contractile activity.The amount of immunofluorescent G cell and the immunofluorcsent intensity of antrum were both increased in dogs under the acupuncture.This result may be relatcd to the increased storage and decreased release of gastrin in G cell during the acupuncture.
