中枢神经系统某些重要核团都积极参与活动。本实验在我们原有工作的基础上企图观察肾上腺在针刺中的作用

切除双侧肾上腺

进一步观察下丘脑、肾上腺系统在针刺镇痛调整作用中的意义。材料和方法本实验选用体重300克左右的健康、成年、雌性大白鼠48只

随机分为三组

动物进行捆绑

然后用50℃热水烫尾部4厘米长

以举尾反应时间(秒)为疼痛阈值

测痛后松绑

第一组动物为电针去肾上腺组

Fourty-eight healthy

male rats were selected and divided at rondom into electroacupuncture

electroacupunctureadrenalectomy and control groups. After measuring the pain threshold

the brains were taken out immediatly for histochemical observation of 5′-Nucleatidase reaction. The optiet Extinction(OE)of the histochemical components of 5′-Nucleatidase (5Nase)of nucleus supraopticus in three groups were determined with a micro- electrophotometer and treated statistically. The results indicate that the enzymatic activity of 5′Nucleatidase of ele- ctroacupucture and electroacupucture-adrenalectomy in the-nucleus supraopticus was significantly increased than that of the control.But there are no signifi- cantl difference between that of electroacupuctrue groups with or without adre- nalectomy.
