自从1973年开始我们应用头部腧穴治疗中风偏瘫

收得了满意的效果

并初步证明百会透双侧曲鬓及前顶透悬颅对中风偏瘫的治疗无明显的特异性。为了进一步研究头部腧穴治疗偏瘫的机理以及头部其它腧穴间是否存在有特异性

本文观察了针刺双侧通天穴和前神聪透悬厘穴后对甲皱微循环的影响

现将结果报告如下:临床资料病例选择:选用在观察期间入院的60例脑血栓形成病人。其中男性50例

女性10例

This paper deals with the effect on the nail microcirculation of the hemi- plegia patients before and after needling acupoint Tongtian and Anterior Sheneong to Xuanli The observation showed that there weren't remarkable specificity among the observed head-acupoints

and the effect was different between acupuncture or not to treat the hemiplegia patients. Making statistics to all acupuncture groups includingathe short-term effect- ivenesss and the long-term effectiveness

the result is that the effect on the nail microcirculation showed no remarkable difference among all acupuncture groups(P>0.05).
