但主要是以胃运动、胃液分泌或胃电为指标

以中枢神经系统内神经元放电为指标尚未见有报导。我们以往的工作表明

扩张胃的外周传入对下丘脑外侧区(LHA)摄食中枢的Previous sludies in our laboratory have shown that some unit discharges of the neurons in Feeding Centre of the lateral hypothalamic area (LHA) may be inhibited by distcnsing stomach. The present study was performed to observe the effect of electro-acupuncture of"Zusanli"piont on the discharge-ineibftory reaction induced by distensing stomach in rats. Among 52 unit discharges observed

36 (69.2%)showed that electro-acupuncturing"Zusanli" piont abolished the inhibitory reaction indiced by distensing stomach. The durations of the effect range from 5 to 15 minutes. These results indicate that the somatic input from "Zusanli" pisnt may influence the reactivity of Feeding Centre of LHA to the activity of stomach.
