摘要

本研究采用单克隆抗体技术对51例恶性肿瘤患者外周血T 细胞及其亚群进行了针刺前后的观察。实验设计了三个组:恶性肿瘤患者的针刺组和对照组

及正常人对照组。以 OKT_3、OKT_4

OKT_8及OKT_4/OKT_8为观察指标。结果表明

针刺治疗能够提高恶性肿瘤患者外周血 T 细胞及其亚群的百分率

尤以 OKT_4

cells.From our study we believe that acupuncture can be used asone of the many treatments for patients with cancer.
