在针刺麻醉下行疝修补术有一定优点

在小儿与老人尤为明显

但针麻有时肌松不够

使修补有困难

这是针麻疝修补术在临床上应用不多的主要原因

而肌松不佳主要还是镇痛不全引起的。为此

我们主要采用三个措施

使针麻疝手术成功率有所提高。第一是辩证施针

保持术中最佳得气

the rate of success reachen 93.3％

the rate of excellent results(Grade I)came to 66.6％

and the rate of good restilts(Grade II)26.7％.The fluctuation of blood pressure was lower than that of the centrol group.Especially the approach or acupuncture anesthesia was supcrior in the cases of senile patients with hypertension.
