摘要

循经感传现象与年龄的关系

各地的报导尚有分歧。近10年来

我们对536名在校青少年的循经感传进行了比较系统的观察。青少年受试者的循经感传的主要特征与成年人基本相同。但其循经感传的出现率

特别是循经感传的显著程度远比成年人高

结果稳定

可以重复。结果表明循经感传的显著程度与受试者年龄有密切的关系。虽然

目前还很难对此作出恰当的解释

但这一事实为进一步弄清影响循经感传“显现”的因素提供了一个重要的线索

有助于提高针灸临床疗效和促进循经感传机理的阐明。

Abstract

That the opinion on the relation between the propagated sensation along me- ridians(PSM)and the age of the subjects was divergent in the results reported by some authors.In the last 10 years

we have performed a systematic investi- gation on PSM on a group of 536 youngsters.The main characteristics of PSM in youngsters were just the same as that of adults.However

the incidence of PSM in youngsters

particularly the degree of distinctness of PSM

was by far higher than that of adults

The results were stable and could be repeated in the experiments performed in different years.It showed that there was surely a close relation between the degree of distinctness of PSM and the age of subjects. This fact can not be appropriately explained at present.However

it provides an important clue to clarify the factors which influence the appearence of PSM

and in turn to promote the improvement of the therapeutic effect of acupucture fand cilacriation of the mechanism underlying the formation of PSM.
