摘要
本文以猫脊髓处的检验刺激所诱发的腓肠神经逆向 C 波大小作为判断初级传入 C 纤维突触前末梢兴奋性的指标。电针“环跳”及“阳陵泉”穴引起该逆向 C 波明显增大。表明初级传入 C 纤维突触前末梢发生了去极化。而荷包牡丹碱、纳络酮及 P 物质抗血清能明显地抑制此针刺效应。提示 GABA
内阿片肽及 P 物质均参与针刺突触前抑制的调节。
Abstract
The present study was performed on 22 cats to explore whether r-aminobutyric acid(GABA)
endogenous opioid peptide and substance P(SP)were involved in the regulation ofpresynaptic inhibition in acupuncture analgesia.The size of the antidromic compound C action po-tentials of the sural nerve evoked by the testing stimulation in spinal cord was measured as an in-dicator of C-afferent terminal excitability.It was found that electro-acupuncture(EA)at“Huan-tiao”(GB30)and“Yang lingquan”(GB34)points induced significant enlargement of the an-tidromic C-waves
showing the depolarization of prsynaptic terminals of primary C-afferents wasenhanced.The depolarization effect of EA was significantly reduced by bicuculline
naloxone andthe antiserum of SP locally applied to the surface of spinal cord respectively.It is supposed thatGABA
endogenous opioid peptide and SP may be involved in the regulation of presynaptic inhibi-tion in acupuncture analgesia.
