摘要

本文用6－0HDA对成年小鼠化学性切除外周交感神经，并用SRBC予先给与免疫，探讨外周交感神经在针刺调节免疫反应中的作用。实验结果：（1）电针对正常小鼠（仅用SRBC免疫）脾淋巴细胞转化率（LTT）及白细胞介素2（IL－2）含量均显著升高（P＜0．05）；而血清溶菌酶（IZM）含量却明显下降（P＜0．01）。（2）用6－OHDA后小鼠的脾重量、脾指数、脾细胞数、胸腺重、胸腺指数均明显下降，IZM及IgG含量亦显著减少；而LTT、IL－2及空斑形成细胞（PFC）未见明显变化；唯胸腺细胞数反见明显增多（（P＜0．01）。（3）在6－OHDA组动物给与电针刺激，见到对因6－OHDA而降低的多种免疫参数可恢复至正常或接近正常水平。对6－OHDA无明显改变的LTT、IL－2活性及因6-OHDA明显增多的胸腺细胞功能均呈增强作用，IL－2增强作用尤为明显。以上结果提示，对周交感神经参与针刺对免疫功能的调节作用。

Abstract

1. In normal control mice (only injected SRBC) after EA the lymphocyte transformation test (LTT

P<0.05) and interlukin-2 (IL-2) activity (P<0.05) were significantly increased

but the serum lysozytne (IZM

P<0.01) was apparantly decreased.2.After in jection of 6-OHDA in mice

spleen lymphocyte population and serum IZM

igG contents were marked deceaseds

Whereas LTT

IL-2 and plaque forming cell(PFC) were umchanged

In contrast

the thymus lymphocyte population was markedly increased.3. After EA of mice axotomized sympathetic nerve with 6-OHDA the above mentioned immune parameters deceased by 6-OHDA could be returned to normal or nearing normal levels.HOwever

the unchanged LTT

IL-2 and the increased thymus lymphocyte population could be enhanced further

especially IL-2.These results suggest that peripheral sympathetic nerve may be participation in the EA-mediating Anmunological responses
