选择自发性高血压大鼠20只，血压≥20kPa，分针刺和对照二组．针刺双侧“曲池”、“足三里”穴，测量三个疗程前、后血压及血浆和中枢脑干、下丘脑、大脑皮层各部NE和DA、5－HT含量，另选择7周左右尚未形成高血压的SHR大鼠46只，血压介于16～20kPa，分别观察静脉注射10％HMWD溶液和生理盐水后1、2、3小时的血压和全血粘度，结果如下：1、针刺治疗三个疗程后，可显著降低SHR血压，血压从25．493±0．733降到19．547±0．555（P＜0．0001）；2、针刺治疗后．针刺组SHR血浆NE含量较对照组显著下降（P＜0．05）．5－HT含量显著降低（P＜0．01），DA含量显著升高（P＜0．05）；3、针刺治疗后．针刺组脑干、大脑皮层、下丘脑脑组织NE含量较对照组明显增加（P＜0，005，＜0．01，＜0．05），脑干、大脑波层的DA含量也轻对照组明显增加（P＜0．01，＜0．057，下丘脑的DA含量也增加．但差异不显著（P＞0．05）。5－HT含量均较对照组明显增加（P＜0．0005）；4、给尚未形成高血压的SHR注射10％HMWD溶液后，注射1、2，小后全血粘度均较注射生理盐水组显著增高（P＜0．001），较注射前血压显著升高（P＜0．0005），上述结果提示，针刺对SHR的降压作用是针刺综合调节中枢和外周NE、DA和5－HT含量，调整脑内和外周交感Twenty spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) with systo1ic blood pressure (SBP)≥20 kPa werechosen and divided randomly into two groups(acupuncture group and control group).
