摘要

海人藻酸诱发的实验性癫痫模型上，应用推挽灌流技术及高效液相色谱荧光检测分析法，测定癫痫及电针抗痫时海马内或基酸释放的变化，发现：癫痫时海马内门冬氨酸（Aspartate）、谷氨酸（Glutamate）、甘氨酸（Glvcine）和γ－氨基丁酸（GABA）的释放均显著增加，而电针后兴奋性氨基酸有降低趋势，抑制性氨基酸则有增加趋势，其中牛磺酸（Taurine）增加显著（P＜0．01），结果提示电针的抗痫作用可能部分与调节海马内氨基酸类递质的释放有关。

Abstract

thanges of amlno acids release In rat’s hlppocampus were studied by using push－pull perfuslonand high performance liquid chromatography（HPI，C）with fluorornetrlc detection techniques duringkainic acid（ KA） Induced epilepsy and acupuncture． The resuts Indcated that the leveh of glutamate， aspartate， glyclne and GABA VVere statisticallyIncreased In hrppocampus 40mln after admlnlstratlon of KA． After EA treatment， there was markedelevation In the extracellular level of taurlne． It’s shown that the Inhibitory effect of EA on epilepsymay be related to the Increase of Inhlbltory amlno acids’s release In hlppocampus．
