thanges of amlno acids release In rat’s hlppocampus were studied by using push-pull perfuslonand high performance liquid chromatography(HPI,C)with fluorornetrlc detection techniques duringkainic acid( KA) Induced epilepsy and acupuncture. The resuts Indcated that the leveh of glutamate, aspartate, glyclne and GABA VVere statisticallyIncreased In hrppocampus 40mln after admlnlstratlon of KA. After EA treatment, there was markedelevation In the extracellular level of taurlne. It’s shown that the Inhibitory effect of EA on epilepsymay be related to the Increase of Inhlbltory amlno acids’s release In hlppocampus.
