摘要
本实验采用牵拉家兔左冠状动脉心室支造成左室侧壁不完全性缺血的方法
以有效不应期离散度为指标
观察到急性心肌缺血区不同部位的有效不应期主要是缩短
不应期离散度明显增大
而电针“内关”穴可抑制心肌缺血引起的有效不应期变化
明显改善不应期离散度
将有益于心肌兴奋状态同步化。提示电针“内关”具有一定的抗心律失常的作用。
Abstract
A method of an incomplete ischemia of the lateral wall of the left ventricle pro-duced by pulling the ventricular branch of the left coronary artery of rabbits was employed in thisstudy and the dispersion of the effective refractoriness used as an index.It was noted that the effectiverefractory periods at the different sites in AMI region were mainly shortened and the dispersion of re-fractoriness increased obviously.Nevertheless
EA at Neiguan acupoint could inhibit reduction of theeffective refractory of ischemic myocardium and improve the disperion of refractoriness markedly
which would be beneficial to synchronization of the myocardial excitatory state.It suggests that EAhave some effect of anti—arrhythmia.
