Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the Content and Activities of CSF in Serum of Cyclophosphamidized Mice
A model of leukopenia was made by a single large dose of cyclophosphamide administrated into mice peritoneally
on the 5th day after modelling the cluster stimulating factor (CSF) in serum was determined with cellular cultrue method. Moxa cone moxibustion was applied to Dazhui (GV 14) and Geshu (BL 17)
or acupuncture applied to Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) once a day after modelling. The result shows that the content and activities of CSF are increased significantly.
