摘要

本实验建立小鼠帕金森病（PD）模型，观察针刺和中药的治疗PD作用。结果显示MPTP使小鼠尾核DA、DOPAC和中脑DA含量显著降低，尾核DOPAC／DA比值显著增高、用针刺结合中药、针刺、中药及左旋多巴（LD）处理后，PD小鼠尾核、中脑DA含量显著高于病理对照组，尾核DOPAC／DA比值在针刺结合中药、针刺和中药组接近正常组，LD组中脑的DOPAC含量升高，与对照组比较均有显著差异。实验表明针刺和中药及LD能提高脑内DA、DOPAC水平，并且针刺和中药治疗使PD小鼠尾核DOPAC／DDA比值接近正常，提示针刺和中药提高中脑、尾核DA的作用不是LD的单纯替代作用，可能有保护神经元等作用。

Abstract

C57BL mice were treated with MPTP and the effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment on the MPTP-lesioned C57BL mice was investigated.The result showed that MPTP significantly decreased caudate nucleus(CN)DA and DOPAC levels and midbrain DA levels. The ratio of DOPAC/DA increased in CN. After treatment
