In this paper

moxibustion and nonmoxibustion treatments were given to "Dazhui" (GV 14) of 106 nomal mice and cyclophosphamide treated mice

the effects of moxibustion on macrophage phagocytic function percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of mice were observed. The results were as follows: Moxibustion at "Dazhui "could not increase macrophage phagocytic function of nomal mice

but had a remarkable strengthening effect on that in cyclophosphamide treated mice. The experiment suggested moxibustion had an effect of regulation.
