MCAo model rat was used in the experiment. In order to observe the effection of blood-letting puncture in "twelve-well points" on CaM
we detected the CaM content of the cerebral ischemia region intracellular. The experiment showed that there were some inhibition for the content of active CaM in the Ca
(2+)
-CaM compound after treatment. Therefore
this treatment can protect the brain cell. It provided some facts for spreading and applying of this treatment.
