摘要

采用美国Ｓｉｇｍａ公司生产的卵白蛋白（ＯＶＡ），复制过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型，将动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组和电针组。电针组电针“大椎”、“肺俞”穴，正常对照组和模型组均不做电针处理。实验观测电针对哮喘豚鼠血及支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中肿瘤坏死因子－α（ＴＮＦ－α）、内皮素（ＥＴ）水平的影响。结果表明：①模型组与正常对照组比较，模型组ＴＮＦ－α、ＥＴ水平均明显高于正常对照组，两组之间相比，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。②电针组ＴＮＦ－α、ＥＴ水平显著低于模型组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示电针能抑制ＴＮＦ－α、ＥＴ的合成和分泌，从而阻断炎症介质的释放，减轻气道炎症反应，缓解气管平滑肌痉挛。

Abstract

Guinea-pig model of allergic asthma was established by OVA. Animals were divided randomly into three groups which were normal

model and acupuncture group respectively. The results showed that: (1) The levels of TNF-α and ET in model group were higher than those of normal group. (2) The levels of TNF-α and ET inacupuncture group were markedly lower than those of model group. All the results suggested that acupuncture could inhibit the synthesis and secretion of TNF-αand ET

block the release of inflammatory mediator

abate inflammatory reaction in airway and remit spasm of trachea smooth muscle.
