本文以 C 类纤维传入冲动引起的大脑皮层诱发电位(C-CEP)作为慢痛指标

探讨电针抑制 C-CEP 过程中

中枢α_2型肾上腺素能受体的作用。选用α_2受体激动剂—Dexmedetomidine(DM)来激动α_2受体

观察其对 C-CEP 和电针抑制 C-CEP 效应的影响。实验用猫

在氯醛糖麻醉和三碘季铵酚制动下进行。在体感皮层记录 C-CEP。
