本文综述了针灸治疗中风改善微循环、血液流变学作用机制的研究进展。一方面
通过对甲襞和球结膜微循环的观察
证明针刺能够改善中风患者全身及脑组织的微循环状况 ;另一方面
资料显示
针刺后中风患者血液流变学各项指标均有改善
提示针刺能够降低患者的血液粘度
加速血流
从而有利于病变部位脑组织的血液供应。
Abstract
In the present paper
the authors review recent development of researches on eff ects of acupuncture and moxibustion in bettering the microcirculation and hemorh eology i n patients with stroke. 1) Using nail fold microcirculation and bulbar conju nctiva microcirculation as indexes
some researchers observed that after acupuncture t reatment
the loops of capillaries became clearer and longer
the number and cal ibers of capillaries and the blood flow velocity increased
the accumulation of red blood cells was relieved
and the ratio of arterioles and venules was raised ; in addition
the deformed blood vessels were also ameliorated; suggesting impr ovement of microcirculation of the whole body and the brain tissues. 2) Followi ng acupuncture
