摘要

5 cases of reconstruction of larynx under acupunture anesthesia are reported

In dealing with total laryngectomy on patients sufferred from rather advancedlaryngeal carcinoma

the laryngologists have been confronted with a problemof method in reconstructing a larynx in order to restore the funcion of phonation.The author has used the epiglottis which was sutured to the cervical tracheaand laryngopharyngeal mucosa to form a neolarynx.
