摘要
The present exneriment war carried out for the observations on changes ofACh content and AChE activity in spinal ganglia after dorsal rhiztomy andelectroacupuncture by means of physiological and biochemical methods andaimed at investigations into relationship between peripheral and acupunctureinformation transmitted through primary afferent. The results indicate:1. It was proved that ACh exists in spinal ganglia.The average value of ACh content measured bioassaily is 0.424±0.109ngper mg of humid tissue. The data is normal distribution.
