摘要
The microelectrodes were made of tungsten wire with a diameter of 196μm.After the tips of microelectrodes were etched and insulated by FS-46. The uninsulated part of the tip was less that 40μm in length; the tip diameter was1--4μm and its impedance tested ranged from 100KΩ. to 500 KΩ. The tip ofreference electrode was little bigger than that of recording electrode
