Development of Researches on Acupuncture Stimulation-induced Regulatory Effect under Pathological State Based on Resting-state Functional Magnetic Resonance Technology
Abstract
Using keywords of"acupuncture
fMRI and resting state"
authors of the present paper retrieved papers in both Chinese and English from CNKI and PubMed databases without time limitation.A total of 13articles(11for acupuncture and2 for moxibustion)met the standards were subjected to analysis.Of the 13 papers
6involve acupuncture analgesia
2moxibustion analgesia
3mild cognitive impairment
one involves stroke
and the rest one is for depression.Research results of acupuncture analgesia revealed that the analgesic effect is closely related to its regulation on"pain matrix"brain regions and pain-related default mode network. In the studies
a single acupoint is often used
without acupoints-combined recipes.Therefore
it is highly recommended that researchers pay more attention to1 studies on the underlying mechanism of moxibustion
and2 improvement of design protocols targeting requirements of acupuncture clinical practice.
The key to acupuncture-moxibustion diagnosis and examination lies in the “knowledge” of both doctors and patients — revisiting the “Yi Zhi Wei Shu,Yi Tong Wei Shu”
Research progress of mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease based on the neuronal cell cycle re-entry
Comparison of the effects of moxibustion and acupuncture of combined “Biao-Ben” acupoints on intestinal sensitivity and autonomic nervous system function in rats with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome
