    • Rethinking about acupuncture intervention opportunity based on dynamic perspective of inflammatory response

    • Recent studies have revealed the extensive application and exact efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the field of anti inflammation. However, the research on its modern biological mechanism has to some extent ignored the dynamic characteristics of inflammatory response over time. Therefore, body surface intervention systems such as acupuncture and moxibustion urgently need to reconstruct the research perspective to cope with the complex immune regulation model. Starting from the construction of the clinical body surface intervention system, this study compared and analyzed the ancient and modern methods of acupuncture and moxibustion immune regulation, and proposed that the key to effectively "pry" inflammatory reactions of acupuncture and moxibustion and other body surface intervention methods is to accurately grasp the opportunity of intervention. This discovery provides a new entry point and target for acupuncture and moxibustion anti-inflammatory research, and lays a foundation for the optimization and application of body surface intervention system in the regulation of inflammatory response.
