The formatting of references should follow the Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources (GB/T 7714–2015) (download GB/T 7714–2015). All references listed must be sources that the authors have personally consulted and that are directly cited in the manuscript. Unpublished materials (including personal communications) should generally not be included in the reference list; if citation is necessary, they should be noted in parentheses within the main text. For works published simultaneously in both electronic and print versions, the print version should be used as the source for citation. Papers included in formally published conference proceedings should be cited according to the format of the proceedings. Papers from informally published conference collections should not be listed in the reference list; if citation is necessary, they should be noted in parentheses in the main text. Authors are encouraged to fully reflect the most recent, classic, and high-quality research published by domestic and international scholars in their field.

To facilitate inclusion in international indexing systems and to assist overseas readers, non-English references (primarily Chinese) should be listed in both the original language and in English. The original entry should appear first, followed by the corresponding English entry, under the same reference number.

If a reference has three or fewer authors, all authors should be listed. If there are more than three authors, list only the first three, followed by “等” (for Chinese references) or “et al” (for English references). Author names should be written in the format surname first, given name last, and the names should not be connected with “and”.

Repeated references are to be cited using the same numeral. The use of terms such as “ibid” is prohibited.
