摘要:Current foreign Literature(101 articles)on the relationship between the cerebral cortex and pain and the mechanism of action of the cerebral cortex in acupuncture analgesia have been reviewed.

摘要:For the purpose of elucidating the role of the cholinergic nervous system in the process of acupuncture analgesia,the content of acetylcholine(ACh)and the activity of acetylcholinesterase(ACHE)in different parts of the rabbit brain were estimated under electroacupuncture analgesia.ACh contentwas estimated with microbioassay method on toad rectus abdominis and the activity of AChE wasdetermined by Hestrin's colorimetric method.The points needled in rabbits were “Hegu”(L.I.4)and “Zusanli”(St.36).The experiments were done on 33 rabbits,and 33 rabbits were used as con-trols.After electroacupuncture induction the pain threshold of rabbits was significantly raised.At thistime the ACh content in the caudate nucleus and the cerebral cortex significantly decreased,whereasthe AChE activity in the caudate nucleus and cerebral cortex significantIy decreased,the AChE activityin caudate nucleus and hypothalamus however swhowed a significant increase.There were no suchsignificant differences of ACh content in e hypothalamus and AChE activity in the cerebral cortex.The results suggest that the cholinergic neurons in the central nervous system,especially in the caudate nucleus,may be an important factor taking part in the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia.

摘要:1.Receptors in the muscular tissue of 4 Hegu and 3 Yungquan points were studied by the methods of Bielschowsky and Faworsky.The following four kinds of receptors were revealed:(1)Free nerve endings attached onto the surface of muscle fibers and ending within the con-nective tissue between muscle fibers.(2)Muscle spindles(3)Plexiform receptors within the fascia propria(4)Perimuscle fiber plexiform receptor.2.In one muscle spindle,on the nuclear bag region of a nuclear bag fiber,a special kind of nerveending which is unlike the typical primary spiral one was discovered and described.3.A new kind of muscle receptor,which had never been described,was discovered in the musculartissue of one Hegu point.It is Peariform and the diameter of it is about 400 micra.A small bundleof thick nerve fibers,penetrating into the connective tissue of a bundle of muscle fibers,divided re-peatedly to form a very complex plexus,part of which surrounded each muscle fiber and the othersended within the connective tissue with rminal expansions.
