摘要:By spectrophotometry we observed the changes of ChE activities in blood
of 16 cases sequelitis of poliomyelitis after acupuncture treatment.
(1)Before acupuncture the ChE actiuities in the plasma of 16 cases were
slightly higher than the normal level.
(2)After acupuncture treatment the ChE activities of the patients were
marked decreased than before(P<0.01).
(3)These patients were divided into two groups:acupuncture and electro-
acuputicture.Among them the ChE activites of electro-acupuncture group
were statically sigificant after treatment than before(P<0.05).
It is suggested that after acupuncture,especially electro-acupuncture,the
decrease of ChE activities lead up to the increase of Acetyl choline at the
neuro-muscular junction.So transmissive function of Ach in the bodies was
increased.And finally,the patients' myatrophies were improved.More
studies are needed to confirm the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for
sequelae of poliomyelitis.

摘要:For the purpose of providing further morphological evidences to explain
the gate control theory of pain mechanism the electron microseope-immunocyto-
chemistry of a few structures relating to pain were studied.After unilateral
transection of the dorsal roots(L1-5)of rat spinal cord,the animals were
perfused through heart with 4% paraldehyde and the vibratome sections of
corresponding segments of cord were treated by Sternberger's PAP technique
or HRP protein A(HRP-PA)method for the demonstration of SP-and ENK-
immunoreactivity(IR).Then the positive region of immunoreaction in laminae
Ⅰ,Ⅱ was removed and further processed for electron microscopic observations.
It was found:
1)SP-IR was present in the central nerve ending of synaptic glomerule
withwhich the unlabelled dendrites and axons were synapsed to form axo(SP)-
dendritic(unlabelled)axo(SP)-axonic(unlabelled),and dendro(unlabelled)-
axonic(SP)contacts.These patterns of synapse may interpret that the nociceptive
information transmitted via the SP containing central ending of glomerule might
be transfered to many dendrites of neurons in deeper layers and would be
modulated by the presynaptie dentrite.
2)The triad synaptie pattern,ie:axo(SP or ENK)-dendrite(unlabeled)-
axonic(SP or ENK)might represent that different informations via different SP or ENK containing axons may converge to a common dentrite.
3)The presence of axo(ENK)-axonic(degenerated)synapse after transe-
ction of dorsal roots would be regarded as the one of the important neuroan-
atomic basis for the ENK presynaptic inhibition of the SP containing afferent
nerve.Thus,anyway,the existance of presynaptic inhibition at the level of
substantia gelatinosa could not be excluded.
4)The synapse of double ENK containing processes was also found.
Because a lot of“interneuron and SG cell”as illustrated in the diagram of
Melzack-Wall's gate theory were proved to be ENKnergic,the figure of axo
(ENK)-axonic(ENK)synapse found in present paper might be considered as a
morphological evidence of de-inhibitlon function in superficial layers of dorsal
horn.
摘要:Consecutive electrolytic lesion was made in the somatosensory area I of
the cats.Axonal and terminal degenerations in the central lateral nucleus
were observed by mean of light and electron microscope.The result showed
that the somatosensory area I projects to caudal part of the central lateral
nucleus via internal capsule.The fibers from synapses with neurons of the
central lateral nucleus.These synapses mainly belong to the axo-dendritic
and asymmetrical synapses.

摘要:In this experiment,we have obsevved whether the electro-acupuncture
(EA)possese strenthening effects on immune function after intracerebroven-
tricular(ICV)injections of dihydroxyphenylserine(DOPS)or electical stim-
ulation of locus coeruleus(LC)raises the central norepinephrine(NE)levels
or excites the activity of central NE-ergic neurons,respectively.
The increase of EA-mediated T-lymphocyte transformation ability was
suppressed and the antibods produced by B-lymphocyte system was raised after
ICV injected DOPS which raise the NE levels in brain.The influenoe factors
of DOPS upon the increase of EA-mediated immune function were complicated
Among them,the factor in dosage-effect of DOPS may be involved in it.
The ability of T-lymphpcyte transformation and lysozyme levels were
markedly increased in stimulated LC group or in stimulated LC plus EA group.
It showed that the immune functions could be increased when stimulating LC
which can excite the abiity of central NE-(?)rgic neurons.At the sam time,
the strenthening effects of immune function induc(?)d by stimulating LC may
cooperated with EA.
摘要:Forty-six adult,healthy,anesthetized,vagotomized rabbits were used as
experimental animals in the study.In these animals,18 rabbits were paraly-
zed and artificially ventilated.Integrated discharge of phrenic nerve,arttery
blood pressure and End-tidal pco2 were recorded.After mechanical lesion in,
or microinjection of Lidocaine(2%,2μl)into the dorso-medial region of nuc-
leus facialis,(1)apneoa were induced in 16 animals;(2)decreases of respi-
ratory rate and amplitude,with marked prolongation of expiratory duration,
were induced in 20 animals;(3)periodic respiration were induced in 10 ani-
mals.In these conditions,electroacupuncturing Renzhong point were perfo-
rmed to observe the changes of repiration.The results showed that(1)
breath were clicited at the same time of stimulation to animals that were in
apneoa;(2)respiratory rate and amplitude were increased following stimula-
tion to animals that were in low frequency respiration;(3)rhythmic breath
were evoked after stimulation to animals that were in periodic respiration.On
the contrary,eletroacupuncturing other points on the facial area didn't have
the same effects.The study concluded that electroacupuncturing Renzhong
point might have effect of respirationstarting an(?) effoct of respiration-modu-
lating.
摘要:In present study we observed the effect of intermittent electric acupuncture
on the discharge rate of heatsensitive neurons of preoptic-anterior hypothalamus
(PO-AH)in the pyrogen treated rabbit.
Twenty-one rabbits,weight between 1.8-2.6 Kg,were divided into two
groups at random.For group A only fourty minutes after the pyrogen being
injected,electroc acupuncture was put into“Dazhui”and“Duchi”points for
one minute.For group B,five minutes after the pyrogen,the electric acupu-
ncture was put at the sam point for one minute,alternately with fiae minutes
interval,by six times,the results were summaried as follows:
1.After the pyrogen being inlected,the average firing rate of heat-sensi-
tive neurons fell 71.11 per cent.the electric acupuncture was capable of reve-
rsing the pyrogen action in every experiment,generally causing discharge rate
to return to the control rate.
2.The intermittent electric acupuncture could markedly block the inhibitory
effect of the pyrogen on heat-sensitiue neurons in the PO-AH.
The results suggest that the action of electric acupuncture as well as that
of the pyrogen occur within the PO-AH area.We may imagine from this fact
that there may exist a specific way of the anaganism between the electric
acupuncture and pyrogeu at the cellular leve,
摘要:Ten full-time fetus fixed by formalin were used in this experiment.Ten
pairs of anterior roots (C_6,C_7,C_8,T_5,T_(11),L_3,L_4,L_5,S_1 and S_2)were
cut off from each fetus,embedded by paraffin sliced in serially longitudinal
section being 10μ thick and stained by means of Nissl method.Under the light microscope,we observed and counted the neurons.The results were as follows:
(1).1259 neurons in all were observed in the 198 anteriir roots of the ten
fetus.One of the roots had 79 neurons being the greatest number.No neuron
was observed in 38 anterior roots.
(2).The neurons are often arranged singly or by threes and fives.They
dipersed in all parts of the anterior root.
(3).The neurons are round or oval,the nuclei are round,the nucleoli
are large and distinct.Nissl bodies are slightly granular add distribute evenly.
Each neuron is surrounded by a ring of capsule cells (satellite cells) which belong
to sensory neurons in form.
(1).The significance and originate of the appearance of neurons are ana-
lysed and discussed in this article.
