- 摘要：Arg-Vasopressin (AVP)has obvious analgesic effect.This effect is not depressed by nalxone (NX),an antagonist of opiate receptor.It was observed that concentration of Leu-enkephalin (LEK) was decreased and catecholamines (CAS) were elevated in brain by injection of AVP (icv) or by electroacu- puncture (EA).This (?)ndicates that both treatments can influence the metabo- lism of the LEK and CAs.Naloxone can turn the analgesic effect of EA,but can not brock the effect of AVP.The effect of AVP seems to be through the descending inhibitory system or through the subtype of opiate receptor. - 摘要：The change of Noradrenaline (NE) and tyrosine (Tyr) contents in CSF of 50 cases operated under electroacupuncture.It was found after induction of acupuncture the quantity of NE was apparently decreased Theu that before needdling without statistical sionificance.But Tfr concentration was higher. The change had considerable significance between before and after electroacupun- cture.(p<0.05) It is indicated that the analgesic effect of acupuncture anesthesia appears to be correlated intimately with the decrease of The NE level but 5-HT con- tent increased.1023|0|0更新时间：2023-08-11

- 摘要：In this study 37 chronic essential thrombocytopenic purpura were treated with acupuncture,and some other cases of the same disesae were treated TCM herb as compare group.The result shows that acupuncture has an effect on this disease.The 37 cases had been treated for 20 days.The overall effective rate was 70%.The effect was not worse than the TCM herb therapy.Other- wise,the acupuncture therapy is convenient,cheap and with less side effect.
