摘要:Experiments were performed on cats under the treaments of chloralose and Flaxelil. The cortical evoked potentials (C-CEP) which were elicited by C-fibes inputs of saphenous nerve in the somatosensory cortex were used as an index of slow pain. The influence of electro-acupuncture of “Zusanli” point on C-CEP was observed. The results indicated that the electro-acupuncture had an obvious inhibition on C-CEP,which was consisted of two phases:Early inhibition and late inhibition.Naloxone (0.1mg/kg,i.v.) could partially blook the late inhibition on C-CEP but had a little effect on the early inhibition. It was revealed that the early inhibitory effect of electro-acupuncture on C-CEP was different from the late inhibitory on which might be associated with release of endogenous opiate like substances (OLS).

摘要:The main purpose of the present paper is to investigate the influence of the ACh on the metabolism of 5-HT in the brain of rat during acupuncture analgesia(EA).
The results find that;1)the pain threshold and the contents of ACh,5-HT and 5-HIAA in brain of rat were both significantly enhanced at simultaneously by EA.2)EA could further increase or decrease the contents of
ACh,5-HT and HIAA in the brain of rats which had been treated by eserine or hemicholine (HC-3).The regression analysis indicate that the relationship correlation between the percentage of increase or decrease of ACh and 5-HT,
5-HIAA in rat brain by eserine or HC-3 during EA present linear positive correlation.
These results suggeste that ACh could influence the metablism of 5-HT under the action of EA.Thus it is considered that the role of ACh in EA is probably refered to its effect on the metabolism of 5-HT in certain extent,
摘要:the modulation effect of ellectroacupuncture “Zusanli” on groaning center was studied in anaesthetized cat.As the indexes estimating the functional condition of groaning center, the latent periode and the sound intensity of
groaning response were observed.
After electroaccupuncture “Zusanli”,the groaning response caused by the weak stimulus to groaning center was strengthened, but weakened by the strong stimulus.
The results showed that the electroacupunctnre “Zusanli” had a modulation effect on groaning center in cat.
摘要:Electro-acupuncture of “(?)anzhong” in three models of rats resulted in remarkable elevation of plasma PRL which may be related to mammary nerve stimulation and stress response.
Acupuncture of different acupoints elicited different degree of plasma PRL elevation;the experiment of different acupoints grouping revealed that the effect of two acupoints may either complement or counterbalance cach other.
Their mechanism remains to be explored.

摘要:To investigate the effect and nervous mechenism of acupuncture on Total Gastric Blood Flow (TGHF) and Acid Secretion (AS),the TGHF or Celiac Artery Blood Flow (CABF) and Gastroelectrical Activity (GEA) are examined
in fasting cat.The results are as follow:
1.Electrical Acupuncture (EA) reduce TGBF,CBAF and AS and Needling Acupuncture (NA) increase TGBF,CABF and AS.
2.There are not obvious relationship between the change of TGBF and of GEF in acupuncture.
3.Electrical stimulation of gastric nerve increace TGBF and GEA and of splanchnic nerve decreace TGBF and GEA.
4.The effect of EA is significantly redued by splachnicecotomy but not vagotomy.
5.The effect of NA is obviously reduced by vagotomy other than splan-chnicecotomy.
6.Atropine could reduce the effect of NA not of EA.
All results suggest that there are quite different influences between EA and NA on TGBF,CABF and AS.It might be the result of different influences of EA and NA on centrol nervous system.
摘要:The electrophysiological techniques was utilized to study the mechanism of clectroacupuncture anaesthesia of uterus in the rat.The uterine contractive effects has been observed as follows:the electroacupuncture of BL-32 point can gradually decrease the intrauterine pressure and the amplitude of uterine contraction. But these effects also cart be abolished by sympathetomy, spinalized or cut down the dorsal sacral nerve. That shows the effects of acupuncture may be transferred to the spinal cord from dorsal sacral nerve, through the control of central nervous eyetem, and affect the function of uterus by the efferent route of sympathetic trunk.
摘要:Fifty-six rabbits were used and divided into 5 groups—hemorrhagic shock(Bleeding 20ml/kg (?)ill the blood pressure dropped to 40-50 mmHg),acupuncture 1,acupuncture 2,sham operation and normal control. Two indexes were used—glycogen and phosphorylase,to obsevve the myocardial changes of glycogen and the enzyme concerned with glycogen metabolism, investagating how the acupuncture at “Renzhong” point acts upon the hemorrhagic shock's heart. It was shown that hemorrhagic shock decrease the glycogen qauntity of the
myocardium (in comparison with normal group P<0.001),and acupuncture at“Renzhong” point increace the qauntity of glycogen up th the normal standarde(in comparison with shock group P<0.001,with normal group P>0.4).The
results in 2 acupuncture groups were nearly the same.It was the same with phosphorylase activity, that means, acupuncture at “Renzhong” point can increace the glycogen qauntity and phosphorylase activity of the shock's myocardium, this will make the heart more energetic and the rabbit living longer time.
摘要:The present paper is divided into three paris.
The regulatory effect of acupuncture on skin temperature has been discribed briefly in the first part. Many studies suggest that the acupuncture could increase skin temperature and its mechanism is due to an inhibition of sympa
thetic activity and an increase in cutaneous circulation.
The second part deals with regulatory effect of acupuncture on core temperature. The experimential and clincal studies suggest that the acupuncture could produce a fall in body temperature with bacterial and non-bacterial
fever.
At last, the mechanism of acupuncture hypothermia was discussed in this article.(1)The hypothermia induced by acupuncture was brought about by a decrease in metabolic rate and an increase in cutaneous circulation.(2)Acu-
puncture could markedly promote the return of the discharge rate of the heat-sensitive and cold-sensitive neurons of the preoptic-anterior hypothalamus in the pyrogen treated animals.(3)Acupuncture could produce an increase of
the Ca+ content in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)and a decreased of the cAMP and PGE_1 in CSF of animals with hyperthermia. So acupunture tends to decrease heat production and to increase heat loss and leads to hypothermia.
