摘要:A lot of researches indicate that central nervous system not only exist endogenous opiate analgesic system but also possess endogenous nonopiate analgesic system.The opiate and nonopiate analgesic systems can be selectively activated by defferent environmental or artificial manipulations and modulated the stimulation produced analgesia,acupuncture analgesia and stress-induced analgesia,including the foot shock-induced analgesia,tailshock-produeced analgensia,earshock-induced analgesia,analgesia of cold water swim,analgesia of
immobilization or of restraint and analgesia of a-Deoxy-D-glucose and so on.The existance and description of these modulatory mechanisms have it's multiplicity and important clinical implications for the treatment of pain.
摘要:In this paper effect of EA on nociceptive responses after topical application of bicuculline on the cortical somatosensory area of rats was investigated.Changqiang and Yaoshu point were selected for electroacupuncture.
The results showed that the effect of EA on tail flick latency elecited by radiant heat and vocalization threshold elicited by electrical stimulation of tails in rats were increased after topical application of bicuculline on the
cortical somatosensory area bilaterally;whereas there were no statistically changes in tail flick latency and vocalization thaeshold when the drug was applied unilateraly.It suggests that the cerebral cortex is involved in the
modulation of nociceptive responses at the level of the brain stem and the spinal cord.
摘要:The influence of intraventricular injection of GABA on electrical activities of PEN and PIN in nucleus parafascicularis of the thalamus of rats was studied.The results showed that GABA could significantly inhibit the electrical discharges of PEN and increase the electrical discharges of PIN.So it was believed that intraventricularly injected GABA could antagonize or partly antagonize the excitatory action of noxious stimuli and might thus produce analgesia.

摘要:Our previous work has indicated that excitation of hypothalamic defence area (HDA) could lead to an increase in the release of central monoamine neurotransmitters,pressor and other defence responses.The present experiments showed that stimulation of deep pernneal nerve with a current of low frequency and low intensity could inhibit the pressor,abolish the increase of noradrenaline and its metabolite MHPG and attenuate that of 5-HIAA (a 5-HT metabo-lite),dopamine and its metabolites DOPAC and HVA in CSF.The data suggest that inputs of deep peroneal nerve may inhibit the increased release of cental monoamine neurotransmitters,and then defence reactions;and inhibition of NA release in some nuclei of the brain is an important mechanism of inhibition of defenee pressor by inputs of deep peroneal nerve.

摘要:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:Control,Electro-acupuncture(EA),Naloxone and Naloxone plus EA.The contents of noradrenaline(NA)and dopamine (DA) in brain stem,diencephalon and telencephalon were deter-
mined by fluorespectrometry.It was found that the pain threshold increased and the NA content in the telencephalon decreased and the DA level in the brain stem increased markedly after EA.Naloxone injection partially decrea-
sed the analgesic effect of EA and abolished the EA-induced elevation of DA in the brain stem and attenuated the NA level in the diencephalon after EA.
These results suggest that morphine receptor may play an important role in EA analgesia and this may be patially carried out through the brain cate-cholamine system.
摘要:20 fasting cats were used to investigate the propagation of Gastroelectrical Propagation Velocity (GPV) and the effect and nervous mechanism of acupuncture on it.The results are as follow:
1.GPV can be described as V=bo-b1×1+b2×2.bo,b1 and b2:regression coefficient,×1.frequency of slow-wave,×2:amplitude of slow-wave.
2.GPV is changeable on normal condition,and it can be affected by stimulation of vagi or splantic nerve and by administration of pentagastrin i.v.or atropin i.v.with some change of not only ×1,×2 but also b0,b1,b2.
3.Manual acupuncture and electrical acupuncture can affect GPV differently.
4.After vagotomy the effect of manual acupuncture on GPV was changed.
All results suggest that GPV can be affected by acupuncture with complex mechanism including the change of propagation resistance and of propagation refractory period.

摘要:Unanesthetized dogs with chronic ureteral and gastric fistulae were infused with 0.8% NaCl solution into the stomach at a constant rate for maintaining a state of saline loading.In these animals,there was a steady renal excretion of water,sodium and potassium.However,after a 20-minute unilateral electro-acupuncture of the points corresponding to “Sanyinjao” and “Zhaohai” in human leg as described in Traditional Chinese Medicine caused a marked increase in urine flow and urinary sodium excretion,but had no significant effect on urinary po(?)assium excretion.In another group of normal unanesthetized dogs(without saline loading),the effect of electroacupuncture mentioned above no longer appeared.Owing to the facts that electroacupuncture merely increased the water and sodium excretion of kidneys in saline-loading unanesthetized dogs,and had no effect in normal unanesthetized dogs,it is concluded that the effects of electroacupuncture on the urine flow and sodium excretion in saline-loading unanesthetized dogs is an action of normalization by acupuncture.
摘要:Substance P(SP) immunoreactivity in the rat brain and spinal cord were measured by radioimmunoassay and studied to correlat with the analgesic effect induced by electroacupuncture(EA).The results showed following:
(1)There was a significant elevation in SP levels s(?) the hippocampus,hypothalamus and striatum after 30min of EA.There was a markedly fall in the spinal cord.Statistical analysis revealed a positive correlrtion between the EA effect and the SP content in hypothalamus,striatum and statistical analysis revealed a correlation.In the spinal cord.(p<0.01),while the SP content in the hippocampus exhibited a similar degree of elevation in non respon-
sive and good responsive animals to EA stimulation.
(2) SP levels in the hippocamus,hypothalamus and striatum were increased by electroacupuncture stimulation (3v).The frequency of 1.5Hz was no obvious difference as compared with 100Hz in the effects on brain SP content.
(3)SP content in the spinal cord decreased only using clectroacupuncture stimulations of combination of higher intensity (3v) and higher frequency (100 Hz).
(4) This effect could be blocked by the naloxone (i.p) and LSD (icv),but icv injection of Met-enkephalin antibodies had no affects on them.

摘要:Benzene is one of the commonest toxicant in occupational diseases.The experimental design is based on the efficasy of treatment of mice benzene posoning by means of acupuncture and moxibustion.
The experiment divides into 4 groups and 20 female mice in each.(1) The control group.(2) The toxic group:mice are injected with 0.5ml/kg of pure benzene,Hi qod,4 times.(3) The preventing groups:mice are prevented with acupuncture or moxibustion during poisoning,and take points “Dazhui”,“Mingmen”,qod 4 times.
Experimental results:(1) Leucocyte counts and myeloid cell counts of the toxic group are lower than those of the control group (P<0.01),myeloid cell chromosomal aberration (MCCA)percentages are higher than “those of (P<
0.01) and vacuoles are found in polymorphonuclear cells.(2) The results of the preventing groups are all in normal values.It suggests that acupuncture or moxibustion is well effective in preventing mice benzene poisoning.
