摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on gastrointestinal motility and its underlying neurochemical mechanism.Methods: A total of 64 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control,model,medication(Domperidone,31.5 mL/kg/d,intragastric perfusion,7 days altogether) and EA groups,with 16 cases in each group.Gastrointestinal motility disorder model was established by pinching the rat's tail repeatedly with a forceps.EA(1-5 V,4-16 Hz,dense-sparse waves) was applied to bilateral "Zusanli"(ST 36) for 50 min,once daily,one week altogether.The interdigestive migrating motor complex(MMC) waves delivered by using strain gauge electrodes fixed to the subserous layer of gastric antrum and duodenal wall were recorded.Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity in gastroduodenal myenteric plexus was assayed by using ferric cupric cyanide direct coloration method and NADPH-diaphorase method respectively.Results: ① MMC: Compared with control group,the cycle,duration of phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ of MMC of the stomach-duodenum in model group prolonged remarkably(P<0.01),while the duration,frequency,amplitude and the incidence of phase Ⅲ,and the coordinated contraction rate of the gastric antrum-duodenum in model group all decreased significantly(P<0.01);in comparison with model group,the cycle,duration of phase Ⅰand Ⅱ of MMC of both stomach and duodenum in medication and EA groups shortened significantly(P<0.05,0.01),while the duration,frequency,amplitude and incidence of phase Ⅲ as well as the coordinated contraction of the stomach-duodenum in medication and EA groups increased significantly(P<0.01);and the effects of EA were significantly superior to those of medication in the aforementioned indexes(P<0.05,0.01).② AChE: Compared with control group,the area density(AD) and optical density(OD) values of myenteric plexus in model group decreased significantly(P
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of ovariectomy and electroacupuncture(EA) on LH release and its possible neuroendocrinological mechanism.Methods: Twentyfour female SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into sham-operation(control) group,sham operation +EA group,ovariectomized(OVX,model) group and OVX +EA group.EA(2-3 Hz,1-2 mA,continuous waves) was applied to "Guanyuan"(CV 4),"Zhongji"(CV 3),bilateral "Zigong"(TE 6) and unilateral "Sanyinjiao"(SP 6) for 30 min,once per day,3 days altogether.The techniques of radioimmunoassay(RIA),immunohistochemistry,Western blot and reversed transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used for assay of serum luteinizing hormone(LH) level,expression of hypothalamic orphanin(O)FQ mRNA,ORL_1 receptor(ORL_1) mRNA and protein.Results: Compared with control group,serum LH level increased abnormally in OVX group(P<0.05);and comparison between OVX and OVX+EA groups showed that serum LH of the later group was significantly lower than that of the former group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between EA and OVX+EA groups in serum LH levels(P>0.05).Immunohistochemical results indicated that the number of OFQ immunoreaction(IR)-positive cells of hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus(VMN) and medial preoptic area(MPOA) and the relative optical density(OD) value of OFQ IR-positive fibers of the median eminence in OVX group decreased considerably(P<0.05);the number of OFQ IR-positive cells and OD value of IR-positive fibers of OVX+EA group were significantly higher than those of OVX group(P<0.05).Results of RT-PCR and Western blot examination showed that OD values of OFQ and ORL_1 mRNA and ORL_1 receptor protein of hypothalamic basal part in OVX group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);while OD value of OFQ mRNA in OVX+EA group was significantly higher than that of OVX group(P<0.05).No significant differences were found between control and EA groups in OD values of OFQ mRNA and ORL_1 mRNA and ORL_1 receptor protein,and between OVX and OVX+EA groups in OD values of ORL_1 mRNA and ORL_1 receptor protein. Conclusion:Hypothalamic OFQ and ORL_1 receptor may play a role in the regulation of LH release,and OFQ is involved in the normalization effect of EA on subnormal function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis in ovariectomized rats.
摘要:Objective: To research the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) of head acupoints on the contents of serum cAMP and β-EP in rats with acute cerebral infarction(CI).Methods: Ninety SD rats were randomized into normal group(10 rats),model group(40 rats) and EA group(40 rats) according to random number table.Rats of model and EA groups were respectively and evenly divided into 6 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h subgroups.Acute CI model was produced by occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery.After penetration needling from "Baihui"(GV 20) to "Qianding"(GV 21,i.e.MS 5),and "Shuaigu"(GB 8) to "Xuanli"(GB 6),EA(strength 1-2 mA,frequency 30 Hz,continuous waves) was applied for 30 min,once every 12 hours for 24 h,48 h and 72 h subgroups.Blood samples were taken separately for assaying the contents of serum cAMP and β-EP with radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results: In comparison with normal group,serum cAMP levels of all the subgroups of model group,and 6 h and 24 h subgroups of EA group lowered remarkably(P<0.05,0.01),while β-EP levels of all the subgroups of model group,and 6 h and 24 h subgroups of EA group increased significantly(P<0.05,0.01).Compared with subgroups of model group,serum cAMP content of 72 h subgroup of EA group was significantly higher(P<0.05),while β-EP contents of 24 h,48 h and 72 h subgroups of EA group decreased considerably(P<0.05,0.01).It indicated that after CI,serum cAMP level decreased markedly,while serum β-EP level increased obviously;after EA,both serum cAMP and β-EP levels turned to normal gradually.Conclusion: EA of head acupoints can suppress CI-induced abnormal decrease of serum cAMP content and increase of β-EP level,which may contribute to the favorable effect of EA in treating acute cerebral infarction.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on changes of behavior in depression rats.Methods: Thirty male SD rats were evenly randomized into control,model and EA groups.Depression model was established by using chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) stimulation(forced ice-water swimming,electric shock,tail-clamping,etc) combined with lonely raising for 21 days.EA(2 Hz,(0.6 mA,) 20 min) was applied to "Baihui"(GV 20) and "Yintang"(EX-HN 3), once daily,continuously for 21 days.The rat's body weight,open-field test,absolute and relative volume of sucrose-intake were recorded one day before experiments,and on the 7(th),14(th),14(th) and 21(th) and 21(st) day during experiments respectively.Results: Compared with control group,the rats' body weight,crossing and rearing motion times and sucrose-intake volume decreased significantly in model group(P<0.05,0.01,0.001).From the 7(st) day during experiments respectively.Results: Compared with control group,the rats' body weight,crossing and rearing motion times and sucrose-intake volume decreased significantly in model group(P<0.05,0.01,0.001).From the 7(th) to 21(th) to 21(st) day,the body weight of both model and EA groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.001),but no significant difference was found between model and EA groups.Compared with control group,the crossing and rearing movement times on the 7(st) day,the body weight of both model and EA groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.001),but no significant difference was found between model and EA groups.Compared with control group,the crossing and rearing movement times on the 7(th) and 21(th) and 21(st) day,the absolute volume of sucrose-intake on the 14(st) day,the absolute volume of sucrose-intake on the 14(th) and 21(th) and 21(st) day,and the relative volume of sucrose-intake on the 21(st) day,and the relative volume of sucrose-intake on the 21(st) day of model group decreased significantly(P<0.05,0.01,(0.001).) In comparison with model group,the rats' crossing and rearing movement times from 7(st) day of model group decreased significantly(P<0.05,0.01,(0.001).) In comparison with model group,the rats' crossing and rearing movement times from 7(th) to 21(th) to 21(st) day,absolute and relative volume of sucrose-intake on the 21(st) day,absolute and relative volume of sucrose-intake on the 21(st) day increased considerably in EA group(P<0.05,0.01,0.001).The results suggested that EA could prevent or suppress the onset of depression and raise the volume of sucrose-intake in depression rats.Conclusion: CUMS combined with lonely breeding may cause a hypofunction of the rat's central reward system,whereas EA treatment can prevent the rat's abnormal behavior.
摘要:Objective: To observe the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in the endothelial cells inside the cerebral micrangium and the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) in vascular dementia(VD) rats.Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were evenly randomized into sham-operation(control),model and EA groups.VD model was established by occlusion of the bilateral common carotid artery and reperfusion plus intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside(2.5 mg/kg).In EA group,EA(frequency 5/45 Hz,strength 1.5-3 V) was applied to "Baihui"(GV 20),"Dazhui"(GV 14),"Zusanli"(ST 36) and "Geshu"(BL 17) for 20 minutes,once a day,continuously for 7 days.The activity of iNOS in the endothelial cells of right cerebral cortex tissue was assayed with immunohistochemical method.The rat's memory-learning ability was detected by using step-down test(passive avoidance reaction,latency and number of errors of step-down).Results: In comparison with control group,the latency of step-down from the platform of model group shortened significantly,and the number of errors of model group increased remarkably.While compared with model group,the latency of step-down of EA group increased significantly and the number of errors decreased markedly(P<0.01).No significant differences were found between control and EA groups in these two indexes(P>(0.05).) Very weak immunoreaction(IR) of iNOS was found only in fewer slices of the brain tissues in control group;while in majority of the slices of model group,moderate IR and stronger IR were found.In comparison with model group,mild IR of iNOS in EA group was predominant while moderate and strong IR were significantly fewer in the number of slices.There was a significant difference between model group and EA group(P<0.01),suggesting that after EA,the activity of iNOS in most endothelial cells in cerebral micrangium reduced obviously.Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can obviously reduce the activity of iNOS in the endothelial cells of cerebral micrangium in VD rats,and protect the brain from ischemia/reperfusion injury.
摘要:Objective: To observe the relatively specific effect of electroacupuncture(EA) of "Neiguan"(PC 6)-"Jianshi"(PC 5) on the performance of ischemic heart and the influence of transection of the spinal cord on the therapeutic effect.Methods: This study was made up of 3 parts: ① 33 Japanese big-ear white rabbits were evenly divided into control,"Neiguan-Jianshi"(PC 6-PC 5) and "Waiguan-Zhigou"(TE 5-TE 6) groups;② 36 normal(18 cases) and spinalized rabbits(18 cases) were respectively randomized into control and EA groups;and ③ 18 Wistar rats were randomized into control and EA groups.All the animals were anesthetized with urethane (420 mg/kg) plus chloralose(50 mg/kg),and experienced experimental myocardial ischemia by occlusion of the ventricular branch(rabbit) and the anterior descending branch(rat) of the left coronary artery.The spinalized rabbits were made by transection of cervical segments(C_2-C_3) of the spinal cord.EA(40 Hz,loading voltage 3 V) was applied to bilateral PC 5-PC 6,TE 5-TE 6 for 20 min.ECG-ST,mean arterial pressure(MAP),left ventricular pressure(LVP) and the maximum ascending rate of LVP(dp/dtmax) were recorded.Results: ① Following myocardial ischemia, ECG-ST elevated significantly,while LVP,dp/dtmax and MAP decreased considerably,EA of PC 5-PC 6 could significantly promote the recovery of ECG-ST,LVP, dp/dtmax and MAP(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of EA of PC 5-PC 6 was significantly superior to that of EA of TE 5-TE 6.② After transection of the spinal cord,EA of PC 5-PC 6 still could promote the recovery of ECG-ST,LVP and dp/dtmax and MAP(P<0.05).③ Following sectioning the dorsal and ventral roots from C_5 to T_5, no significant difference was found between control and EA groups in ECG-ST (P>0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of EA of PC 5-PC 6 in promoting recovery of ECG-ST was eliminated.Conclusion: In both intact and spinalized rabbits,EA of PC 5-PC 6 can promote the recovery of the ischemic cardiac functional activities,and the effect of EA of PC 5-PC 6 possesses a relatively specificity in comparison with EA of TE 5-TE 6.The spinal cord is the key site for accomplishing the aforementioned therapeutic effects of EA of PC 5-PC 6.
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) of acupoints of the Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin on intracellular calcium overload in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(IR) injury rats.Methods: Forty Wistar rats were evenly randomized into control,model,EA-"Neiguan"(PC 6),EA-"Ximen"(PC 5) and EA-"Zhigou"(TE 6) groups.Myocardial IR model was established by occlusion of the left descending anterior branch of the coronary artery for 40 min,followed by reperfusion for 60 min.EA(frequency 30-100 Hz,strength 20-22 V,dense-sparse waves) was applied to the abovementioned acupoints for 20 min.Then,myocardial tissue sample(below the ligation site) of the left cardiac ventricle was taken to be processed into cell suspension,followed by adding fluorescence indicator dye(Fluo-3/AM,for labeling Ca(2+)) and assaying the concentration of calcium ions in the myocardial cells by using laser scanning confocal microscope.Results: The fluorescence intensity of the labeled intracellular Ca(2+)) and assaying the concentration of calcium ions in the myocardial cells by using laser scanning confocal microscope.Results: The fluorescence intensity of the labeled intracellular Ca(2+) in control,model,EA-PC-6,EA-PC-5 and EA-TE-6 groups were 67±17,105±32,70±14,73±29 and 99±15 respectively,showing that after myocardial IR,intracellular Ca(2+) in control,model,EA-PC-6,EA-PC-5 and EA-TE-6 groups were 67±17,105±32,70±14,73±29 and 99±15 respectively,showing that after myocardial IR,intracellular Ca(2+) concentration increased significantly,after EA of "Neiguan"(PC 6) and "Ximen"(PC 5) of the Pericardium Meridian,it lowered obviously(P<0.05,0.01).No significant differences were found between EA-PC-5 and EA-PC-6 groups,and between EA-TE-6 and model groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: EA stimulation of acupoints of the Pericardium Meridian can effectively inhibit intracellular Ca(2+) concentration increased significantly,after EA of "Neiguan"(PC 6) and "Ximen"(PC 5) of the Pericardium Meridian,it lowered obviously(P<0.05,0.01).No significant differences were found between EA-PC-5 and EA-PC-6 groups,and between EA-TE-6 and model groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: EA stimulation of acupoints of the Pericardium Meridian can effectively inhibit intracellular Ca(2+) overload caused by myocardial IR injury,which may contribute to the effect of acupuncture in reducing myocardial injury and protecting myocardial performance.
摘要:Objectives: To observe the effect of moxibustion of "Feishu"(BL 13) and "Gaohuangshu"(BL 43) on the balance of T helper1/T helper2(Th1/Th2) cytokines in BLM_(A5)-induced pulmonary fibrosis rats,and to explore its underlying mechanism.Methods: Twenty-four SD rats were evenly randomized into control,model,moxibustion,and medication groups.Pulmonary fibrosis model was established by injection of Bleomycin via trachea(5 mg/kg).Moxibustion(3 cones/acupoint) was applied to bilateral "Feishu"(BL 13) and "Gaohuangshu"(BL 43),once daily,with 10 days being a therapeutic course and an interval of one day,3 courses altogether.Rats of medication group were fed with Prednisone(2.5 mg/kg),once daily and continuously for 30 days.At the end of experiments,the rats were killed for taking out the left mid-lung tissues to be processed into homogenate samples.Cytokines such as IL-2,IL-12,IL-4 and IL-5 were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay according to instructions of reagent kits.Results: In comparison with control group,IL-2 and IL-12 contents of the lung tissue were significantly lower,while IL-4 and IL-5 considerably higher in model group(P<0.01);whereas compared with model group,IL-2 and IL-12 contents were significantly higher(P<0.05,0.01),IL-4 and IL-5 levels significantly lower in moxibustion and medication group(P<0.01).No significant differences were found between moxibustion group and medication group in the 4 indexes(P>0.05).It indicated that in BLM_(A5)-induced pulmonary fibrosis rats,Th1 cytokines IL-2 and IL-12 levels in the lung tissue decreased markedly,and Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-5 levels increased abnormally, both moxibustion and Prednisone could regulate changes of Th1 and Th2 cytokines.Conclusion: Moxibustion of "Feishu"(BL 13) and "Gaohuangshu"(BL 43) can raise the contents of Th1 cytokines(IL-2 and IL-12) and lower those of Th2 cytokines(IL-4 and IL-5),suggesting that moxibustion induced balance between Th1 and Th2 cytokines may contribute to its action in resisting pulmonary fibrosis.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on glucose metabolism of the cerebral motor function regions in stroke patients.Methods: A total of 6 volunteer stroke patients with the duration of disease being 1-3 months were subjected into this study.Positron emission tomography(PET) and (18)F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose((18)F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose((18)F-FDG,i.v.) were used to evaluate cerebral glucose metabolism 1) during fist-clenching movement and without acupuncture stimulation,2) after EA stimulation(frequency 4 Hz, strength 4-6 mV,duration 20 min) at Baihui(GV 20)and right Qubin(GB 7),and 3) three weeks after the acupuncture treatment.Talairach coordinates(Atlas of brain) and statistical parametric mapping(SPM) software were used to deal with the acquired imaging data.Results: a) Hypermetabolism of glucose was found mainly in precentral gyrus(PCG),medial frontal gyrus(MFG),superior parietal lobule(SPL),middle temporal gyrus(MTG),superior temporal gyrus(STG),cerebellum and putamen in the healthy hemisphere MFG on the affected side after EA stimulation,while hypometabolism found in PCG,median frontal gyrus(Area 6,10),SPL,MFG and MTG(Area 21),on the affected side;b)Three weeks after EA,hypermetabolism still existed in PCG,superior frontal gyrus and STG in the healthy hemisphere;while hypometabolism existed in PCG,inferior frontal gyrus,thalamus,STG,MTG,etc.in the affected hemisphere.Conclusion: EA of Baihui(GV 20)-Qubin(GB 7) can elevate or lower glucose metabolism in cerebral structures related to motor function in the bilateral cerebral hemispheres,which may systematically induce excitement of motor nerve,expiate or assist the injured nerve network and expedite the reestablishment of the cerebral motor function.
摘要:Objective: To explore the underlying mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of apoplectic pseudobulbar paralysis.Methods: Seventy-five apoplectic pseudobulbar paralysis patients were evenly randomized into acupuncture,medication and acupuncture+medication groups.Plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) contents were assayed before and after treatment by using radioimmunoassay and high performance liquid chromatography technique respectively.Main acupoints used were "Naosanzhen" [Naohu(GV 17) and bilateral Naokong(GB 19)],"Shesanzhen" [Lianquan (CV 23),and two points 1 cun bilateral to CV-23],etc.supplemented with other acupoints according to syndrome-differentiation.Electroacupuncture(EA,frequency 10-50 Hz,strength 5-10 mA,continuous waves) was applied to these acupoints 30 min every time,once daily,with one month being a therapeutic course.Patients were treated with Cerebrolysin(20 mL+5% glucose saline 250 mL,i.v.),Nimodipine(30 mg,t.i.d.) and Aspirin(0.3 g,b.i.d.),continuously for one month.Results: Of the three 25 cases in acupuncture,medication and acupuncture+medication groups,3(12.0%),2(8.0%) and 9(36.0%) were cured,13(52.0%),7(28.0%) and 12(48.0%) had marked improvement,8(32.0%),12(48.0%) and 3(12.0%) had improvement,and 1((4.0%),) 4(16.0%) and 1((4.0%)) failed,with the effective rates being 96.0%,84.0% and 96.0% separately.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture+medication group was significantly superior to that of medication group(P
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on traumatic spinal cord injury(SCI) patients' functional independence measure(FIM) scale in order to search for an effective way to treat SCI.Methods: A total of 62 traumatic SCI patients were randomized into control group(n=30) and treatment group(n=32) which were treated respectively by kinesitherapy+occupational therapy,and EA of Jianyu(LI 15),Quchi(LI 11),Waiguan(TE 5),etc.+ kinesitherapy + occupational therapy.In addition,patients of two groups were all asked to take neurotrophic drugs(Methycobal,etc.).Results: After the treatment,the mean FIM scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of pre-treatment(P<0.01),and the mean FIM score(97.78±19.55) of treatment group was markedly higher than that(87.53±16.67) of control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effectiveness(0.63±0.21) of treatment group was significantly higher than that(0.51±0.25) of control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the mean scores of two groups in self-care,sphincter control,transfers,locomotion,exchange,social cognition all increased significantly after the treatment;and the scores of self-care,sphincter control,transfers and locomotion in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion: EA combined with kinesitherapy + occupational therapy can obviously improve SCI patients' independent life capability and raise inpatient rehabilitation effectiveness,and provides an effective way for the treatment of acute SCI patients.
摘要:Objective: To explore the relationship among therapeutic effects of moxibustion for treating asthma in summer and autumn and changes of serum nitric oxide(NO) content and pulmonary function.Methods: Sixtyfour athma patients were randomly and evenly divided into summer group and autumn group which were treated by ginger moxibustion of Dazhui(GV 14) and bilateral Feishu(BL 13) plus external application of herbal drug ointment in summer(three ten-day Periods of the hot season) and autumn(10 days before,the same day and 10 days after Autumnal Equinox) respectively.Serum NO was assayed with nitrate reductase method and indexes [forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1.0)),FEV_(1.0) %,maxium midexpiratory flow(MMEF),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory flow at 25%,50% and 75% of vital capacity(FEF25,FEF50,FEF75)] of pulmonary function were detected on the 15(th) day before the first treatment and after finishing the treatment.Results: After treatment,of the two 32 cases in summer and autumn groups,12(37.50%) and 3((9.38%)) had marked improvement in their symptoms,15(46.88%) and 20(62.50%) had improvement,and 5(15.62%) and 9(28.12%) failed,with the effective rates being 84.38% and 71.88% separately.The therapeutic effect of summer group was significantly superior to that of autumn group.After treatment,serum NO levels of two groups decreased obviously(P
摘要:In the present paper,the authors introduce their viewpoint about Ashi-points and the specificity of acupoints.According to the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,Ashi acupoints refer to those which can produce a painful or comfortable sensation when pressed appropriately.Theoretically,some meridian acupoints and other commonly-used acupoints possessing functional specificity may also be Ashi points;and functionally,Ashi points are very similar to the locations of referred pain or referred hyperalgesia and allodynia due to visceral disorders.Therefore,Ashi points are the acupoints with functional specificity in two major functions of reflecting the pathological factors of the internal organs and treating relevant diseases.In addition,the authors also discuss some possible mechanisms of referred pain related to Ashi-points.
摘要:Because there are different viewpoints about prohibition of acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) during pregnancy,in the present paper,the authors make a preliminary analysis on the theoretical basis and time-window,and reasonable application of contraindicant acupoints from ① descriptions about acupuncture contraindication in Chinese ancient and modern medical books;② knowledge about the activities of the uterus during pregnancy in modern obstetrics and gynecology;(③ clinical) and experimental researches on the effect of acupuncture on the functional activities of the pregnant uterus;④ effects of acupuncture on the uterine contraction in different stages of pregnancy;and ⑤ possible mechanisms of the effect of acupuncture in different stages.In addition,the authors hold that ① contraindicant acupoints do exist,acupuncture of LI-4 and SP-6 may facilitate the contraction of uterus in all the pregnant stages,so there will be a possibility of miscarriage;② the sensitivity of the pregnant uterus to acupuncture stimulation may be increased along with the development of pregnancy,so,acupuncture therapy should be used cautiously in the early and middle stages,prohibited in the advanced stage and for gravida with weak constitution or habitual abortion.In this discourse,the writers also bring forward an initial idea that for stopping pregnancy,pregnancy-contraindicant acupoints maybe be applicable after changes of the functional state of pregnancy by applying drugs;and increasing the stimulation strength within the patient's tolerance is probably favorable to raising clinical therapeutic effect.
摘要:In the present paper,the authors review new development of acupuncture treatment of psoriasis in recent 5 years from ① ear-back blood-letting,② otopoint-cutting combined with other therapies,③ acupoint-catgut-embedding combined with other therapies,④ acu-moxibustion treatment,⑤ acupuncture combined with other therapies,⑥ regularities of acupoint-selection and combined treatment,and ⑦ the existent problems of clinical research on the treatment of psoriasis with acupuncture therapy.
