摘要:Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion(Moxi)preconditioning with seed-sized moxa cones on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MI/RI)at different stages,and to analyze the correlation between this effect and the expression of autophagy related protein Beclin 1.Methods This study contains two parts:1)changes of myocardial pathological injury and percentages of myocardial infarcted area at different time-points after modeling and Moxi intervention,and 2)effect of Moxi on contents of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and expression of myocardial Bcl-2,Bax and Beclin 1 proteins.In the first part,42 SD rats were randomly divided into model group,1 day(d)Moxi group,2 dMoxi group,3 dMoxi group,4 dMoxi group,5 dMoxi group and 7 dMoxi group.The model of MI/RI was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)for 30 min and reperfusion for 240 min.The electrocardiogram(ECG)of standard limb lead Ⅱ was monitored and the heart was taken 4 hafter reperfusion for examining myocardial infarcted size with triphenyl tetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining.In the second part,48 SD rats were randomized into sham-operation,model,moxibustion and autophagy inhibitor(3-MA)groups,with 12 rats in each group.The serum cTnT level was assayed and histopathological changes of the myocardial tissue below the ligation site were examined with HE staining,and the expression levels of Bcl-2,Bax and Beclin 1 proteins in the myocardial tissue below the LAD-ligated site were detected using Western blot.Results Compared with the model group,the percentages of myocardial infarcted area were significantly decreased in the 4 d,5 dand 7 dMoxi groups(P<0.05),but without significant differences among the 3 Moxi groups(P>0.05).The state of MI-induced breakage and disordered arrangement of myocardial fibers with interstitial edema and inflammatory cell infiltration at the MI stage in the Moxi group and at the reperfusion stage in the autophagy inhibitor group was relatively lighter.The levels of serum cTnT content and Bax/Bcl-2 and Beclin 1 protein expression at the MI and reperfusion stages were significantly higher in the model group than in the sham-operation group(P<0.01),and considerably lower in the Moxi and autophagy groups than in the model group(P<0.01).The serum cTnT content,ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 expression and Beclin 1 expression levels at the MI and reperfusion stages were significantly lower in the autophagy inhibitor group than in the Moxi group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cones at"Neiguan"(PC 6)can effectively alleviate myocardial ischemia in MI/RI rats,which is probably related to its effect in down-regulating Bax/Bcl-2 and Beclin 1 expression and in inhibiting autophagy.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of combined intervention of electroacupuncture(EA)and astragaloside IV(ASIV)on cardiac hypertrophy and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)/Smad signaling in isoproterenol(ISO)induced cardiac hypertrophy rats,so as to investigate its underlying mechanisms in improving myocardial fibrosis.Methods A total of50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control,model(ISO),Propranolol(PRO),ASIV and EA+ASIV groups(n=10 in each group).The myocardial fibrosis model was established by intraperitoneal injection(i.p.)of ISO(10 mg·kg-1·d-1),once daily for 30 days.Rats of the control group were given normal saline(i.p.),those of the PRO group given with PRO(40 mg·kg-1·d-1,gavage),and those of the ASIV and EA+ASIV groups were treated by gavage of ASIV(40 mg·kg-1·d-1),once daily for 30 days.EA(20 Hz,6 V)was applied to bilateral"Neiguan"(PC 6)for 10 min,once every day for 30 d.The heart mass index(HMI,whole heart weight/body weight)and left ventricular(LV)mass index(LVMI,weight of the LV/body weight)were calculated to assess the state of cardiac hypertrophy.The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the levels of procollagen I carboxy-terminal propeptide(PICP,a marker of extracellular matrix remodeling)and carboxyterminal telopeptide of type I collagen(ICTP,a metabolite of type I collagen)in serum,and Western blot was used to test protein contents of TGF-β1,Smad 2/3,Smad 4,Smad 7 in the left ventricle tissue of the heart.Results After modeling,the HMI and LVMI,serum PICP and ICTP contents and the expression levels of myocardial TGF-β1,Smad 2/3 and Smad 4 proteins were significantly increased in the model(ISO)group(P<0.05),suggesting a deposition of collagen and cardiac hypertrophy,and were considerably decreased in PRO,ASIV and EA+ASIV groups after the intervention(P<0.05).The expression level of myocardial Smad 7 protein was significantly lower in the model group than in the normal control group(P<0.05),and significantly up-regulated in PRO,ASIV and EA+ASIV groups(P<0.05).Sirius Red staining of the left ventricular myocardium showed a dense deposition of collagen and a severer myocardial fibrosis in the model group,and a relatively lighter fibrosis in the PRO,ASIV and EA+ASIV groups.The therapeutic effects of EA+ASIV were comparable to those of PRO,and were significantly superior to those of ASIV in down-regulating HMI,serum ICTP,and myocardial Smad 2/3 and Smad 4 expression and up-regulating Smad 7 protein(P<0.05).There were no significant differences among the PRO,ASIV and EA+ASIV groups in LVMI,PICP and TGF-β1 levels,and between the PRO and EA+ ASIV groups in HMI,ICTP,Smad 2/3,Smad 4 and Smad 7 levels(P> 0.05).Conclusion EA stimulation of PC 6 combined with ASIV can relieve cardiac hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis in rats,which may be associated with its effects in regulating myocardial TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.
摘要:Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA)on gastrointestinal motility and the ultrastructure of interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)and the expressions of c-kit receptor protein and stem cell factor(SCF)mRNA in diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)rats,so as to explore its mechanism.Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal,model,acupoint,non-acupoint and metoclopramide groups(n=10 rats/group).DGP model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ,2%),and raised with high-sugar high-fat diet irregularly.EA(sparse-dense,10 Hz/50 Hz,2 mA,20 min)was applied at"Zusanli"(ST 36),"Liangmen"(ST 21)and"Sanyinjiao"(SP 6),and the corresponding non-acupoints of the 3 acupoints,daily for 15 days.The rats in metoclopramide group received intragastric administration of metoclopramide(1.7%,1 mL/100 g)for 15 days,once a day.Blood sugar was determined with One Touch blood glucose test paper.The gastric emptying rate(GER)and the intestinal propulsion rate(IPR)were measured by intragastric phenol red.The ultrastructure of ICC was detected by transmission electron microscopy.The expression levels of c-kit receptor protein and SCF mRNA of gastric antrum were examined respectively by Western blot and RT-PCR.Results Compared with the normal group,the blood glucose significantly increased in the model group(P<0.01),while the GER,IRP and the expression level of SCF mRNA in the gastric antrum significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the ultrastructure of ICC appeared apoptosis-like changes.The blood glucose of the EA group was obviously decreased compared with that of the model group(P <0.05);the GER and IRP significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01);the expression level of SCF mRNA increased(P<0.01),the number of ICC increased and its ultrastructure was repaired.There was some relief on ICC ultrastructure in the acupoint group compared with that in the nonacupoint group;and SCF mRNA increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on c-kit receptor expression among all the modeling groups(P>0.05).Conclusion EA at ST 36,etc.can regulate the blood glucose and improve gastrointestinal emptying in DGP rats.The mechanism may be related to up-regulating SCF mRNA,repairing ICC ultrastructure,restoring the pacing function,and improving gastrointestinal motility.

摘要:Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of different duration electroacupuncture(EA)on adaptive hypertrophy of gastrocnemius and the expressions of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),paired box transcription factor 7(Pax 7),myogenic differentiation antigen(MyoD 1),myogenin(MyoG),myosin heavy chain-Ⅰ(Myh 7),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),Smad 3 in rats.Methods Twenty-four SD adult male rats were randomly divided into normal,two-week EA(A 2),four-week EA(A 4)and eight-week EA(A 8)groups,6 rats in each group.Except the normal group,EA was applied at right"Zusanli"(ST 36)and"Huantiao"(GB 30)for 10 min in the other three groups,separately for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks,once a day,6 times a week.The ratio of gastrocnemius wet weight was calculated after EA.The cross-sectional area and diameter of muscle fiber were measured after HE staining.The expression of PCNA protein was detected by immunofluorescence.The relative expressions of Pax 7,MyoD 1,MyoG,Myh 7,TGF-β1 and Smad 3 mRNA were tested with real-time PCR.Results The expressions of PCNA protein were obviously higher in the A 2 and A 4 groups than that in the normal group.The expression of genes in the EA intervention groups showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing except Smad 3 mRNA.The relative expressions of Pax 7 and TGF-β1 mRNAs reached their peaks in the A 2 group compared with those in the normal group(P<0.01).The ratio of gastrocnemius wet weight,cross-sectional area and diameter of muscle fiber,and the relative expressions of MyoD 1,MyoG,Myh 7 mRNAs reached their peaks in the A 4 group(P<0.01),while the relative expression of Smad 3 mRNA showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing and reached its bottom at the 4 th week(P<0.01).Conclusion EA at"Zusanli"(ST 36)and"Huantiao"(GB 30)may induce adaptive hypertrophy of gastrocnemius in rats by up-regulating the expressions of Pax 7,PCNA,TGF-β1,MyoD 1,MyoG,Myh 7 and down-regulating the expression of Smad 3,promoting the proliferation of skeletal satellite cells,myogenic differentiation,myotubes terminal differentiation,increasing the wet weight,fiber crosssectional area and diameter of gastrocnemius.
摘要:Objective To observe the changes of intracellular calcium([Ca2+]i)concentration and expression of calcium/calmodulin dependent protein kinaseⅡ(CaMKⅡ)in spinal dorsal horn neurons of spared nerve injury(SNI)rats,so as to explore its mechanisms underlying improvement of neuropathic pain.Methods One hundred and ten SD rats were randomly divided into5 groups:sham control,model,EA,AP-5 and L-NAME groups.The sham group underwent only a simple separation of the sciatic nerve but without ligation and abscission.The neuropathic pain model was established by abscission of the right tibial and common peroneal nerve.EA(2 Hz,1-3 mA)was applied to right"Weizhong"(BL 40)and"Huantiao"(GB 30)for 30 min,once a day for 7 days,starting from day 11 after surgery.For rats of the AP-5 and L-NAME groups,AP-5(a competitive antagonist for NMDA receptor,0.7 mg·kg-1·d-1)and L-NAME(a non-selective antagonist for nitric oxide synthase [NOS],60 mg·kg-1·d-1)were respectively administrated by intraperitoneal injection,once daily for 7 days.The mechanical pain threshold was measured,and the calcium fluorescence intensity(shown by Fluo-3/AM calcium fluorescence indicator)of the superficial layer of the lumbar spinal cord(L 4-L 6)was measured by immunohistochemical staining and the expression of spinal cord(L 4-L 6)CaMK Ⅱprotein was detected by Western blot(WB).Results After modeling,the mechanical pain threshold was significantly decreased on day 10 and 16 after operation in comparison with the sham operation group and baseline data of pre-operation in each group(P<0.01),and remarkably increased in the EA,AP-5 and L-NAME groups relevant to the model group on day 16(P<0.01,P<0.05),while the effect of EA was significantly superior to that of AP-5 and L-NAME groups(P<0.05),suggesting a reduction of EA analgesia after administration of AP-5 and L-NAME.The concentration of intracellular[Ca2+]i was significantly higher in the model group than in the sham group,and considerably lower in the EA,AP-5 and L-NAME groups than in the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Moreover,the expression level of CaMKⅡ shown by WB and immunohistochemical staining was significantly higher in the model group than in the sham group(P<0.05)and obviously lower in the EA group(not the AP-5 and L-NAME groups)than in the model group on day 16 after the intervention(P<0.05).It suggests an involvement of glutamate NMDA receptor and NMDAR-NOS/NO signaling in the analgesic effect and CaMKⅡ expression down-regulation of EA.Conclusion EA can ease pain in rats with neuropathic pain,which is closely related to its effect in reducing the calcium concentration and the expression of CaMKⅡ in the lumbar spinal cord,possibly mediated by glutamate NMDA receptor and NMDAR-NOS/NO signaling.
摘要:Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at"Shenmen"(HT 7)on brainwaves and cognitive ability in rats with sleep deprivation.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group,15 rats in each group.Insomnia model rats were established by sleep deprivation for 72 hours.Acupuncture was applied to acupuncture group at bilateral"Shenmen"(HT 7)for 20 min,once daily for 7 days.Rats in the sham acupuncture group received superficial insertion of 1 mm and without retaining needle.The learning and memory abilities of rats were evaluated by Hexagonal maze.The BL-420 Fphysiological recorder was used to record EEG for 30 min on the 1 st,4 th,7 th and 10 th day respectively,and the frequency of each wave was analyzed.Results After sleep deprivation,the frequency of searching the exits of Hexagonal maze in the model group was obviously increased,the searching time was shortened,the number of searching errors was increased obviously,and the cognitive rate was decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group and the sham acupuncture group,the frequency of searching the exits in the acupuncture group was obviously decreased,the searching time was longer,the number of seeking errors was decreased,and the cognitive rate was increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the EEG ofδwave in the model group was decreased whileβwave increased with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,theδwave of rats in the acupuncture group was significantly increased and theβwave was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the sham acupuncture group and the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at HT 7 can effectively improve the cognitive abilities and brainwaves in sleep deprived rats.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence and mechanism of acupuncture at the points in Heel Vessel for the circadian clock genes of Period(Per)1 and Per 2 mRNAs in the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN)in insomnia rats.Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into blank,model,acupuncture groups,10 rats in each group.Insomnia model was established by intraperitoneal injection of PCPA(suspension,1 mL/100 g).Acupuncture at"Shenmai"(BL 62)and "Zhaohai"(KI 6)was used in the acupuncture group for continuous 7 days,15 min/day and once daily.The circadian rhythm was observed;the expressions of Per 1 and Per 2 mRNAs in SCN were examined with real time-PCR.Results The activity in the model group in rest period everyday increased compared with that in the blank group,and the expressions of Per 1 and Per 2 mRNAs in SCN decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the activity in the acupuncture group in rest period decreased and the expressions of Per 1 and Per 2 mRNAs in the SCN increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at BL 62 and KI 6 can increase the expressions of Per 1 and Per 2 mRNAs in the SCN,so as to decrease the activity in rest period,and improve the quality of sleep in insomnia rats.
摘要:Objective To explore the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture(EA)by modulating 5-hydroxytryptamine 7(5-HT7)receptor in periaqueductal gray(PAG)and plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP).Methods Forty-two male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into control,model and EA groups,14 rat in each one.The neurogenic migraine model was established by repeated electrical stimulation on sagittal sinus duramater.Intracranial electrodes were used in the control group without stimuli.The rats in the EA group received EA(0.5-1 mA,2 Hz/15 Hz)at"Fengchi"(GB 20)for 10 min after dural electrical stimulation,once a day for 6 days.The expression of 5-HT7 receptor in the PAG was assessed by immunofluorescence and Western blot,respectively;plasma CGRP was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the control group,the positive neuron number and protein expression of 5-HT7 receptor in PAG and plasma CGRP increased after model establishment(all P<0.001).The above mentioned indexes were reversed in the EA group compared with those in the model group(the positive neuron number and protein expression of 5-HT7 receptor,P<0.01;plasma CGRP,P<0.05).Conclusion EA at GB 20 can down-regulate the expression of 5-HT7 receptor in the PAG and reduce the content of plasma CGRP in the rats of migraine.
摘要:Objective To observe the effect of acupotomy therapy on mRNA expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3 in posterior cervical extensor muscles in cervical spondylosis rabbits,and explore its mechanisms for apoptosis of cervical muscles.Methods New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal,model,electroacupuncture(EA)and acupotomy groups,6 in each group.The cervical spondylosis model was established by forced head-bowing for a long term.After model establishment,acupotomy was used at the trapezius muscle starting point and attachment site of sternocleidomastoid muscle,etc.,once a week,total 3 times.EA was used at"Tianzhu"(BL 10),"Jingbailao"(EX-HN 15)and"Dazhu"(BL 11)for 3 weeks,20 min a time,3 times a week.Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3 mRNA expressions in posterior cervical extensor muscles were detected by real-time PCR.Results There was no significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA among all the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,Bax mRNA increased in the model group(P<0.01),and that in the acupotomy group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in the model group decreased significantly compared with that in the normal group(P<0.01);in comparison with the model group,the ratio in the acupotomy group increased(P<0.01);and that in the acupotomy group was higher than the ratio in the EA group(P<0.05).The Caspase-3 mRNA expression in the model group increased compared with that in the normal group(P<0.05),and its expression in the acupotomy group decreased compared with those in the model and EA groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy therapy can regulate the mRNA expressions of Bax and Caspase-3,and retard apoptosis in posterior cervical extensor muscles,therefore the strained muscles are relieved,which may be one of its mechanisms for improving cervical spondylosis.
摘要:Objective To observe the effect of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture(acupuncture technique for restoring consciousness)combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and assess its influence on blood rheology.Methods Forty patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group received "Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen,and the control group received hyperbaric oxygen only.The two groups of patients were treated once per day for 6 consecutive days,which consisted of one course of treatment,and the total treatment lasted for four courses.Before and after treatment,the patients underwent the mini mental state examination(MMSE)to evaluate cognitive function and the barthel index score for activities of daily living.The changes of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and erythrocyte aggregation index were determined.Results After treatment,both the treatment and control groups showed improvements in cognitive function,activities of daily living,and blood rheology compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).However,these improvements in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can result in an integrated curative effect,a significant improvement in the blood rheology indexes,and promote the recovery of brain cells.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TAES)on hemodynamic fluctuation caused by loosing tourniquet in the elderly patients undergoing knee joint replacement.Methods A total of 60 ASA(America Society Anesthesiologist)I or II elderly patients for elective knee joint replacement surgery were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and TAES group(30 cases).Patients of both groups were treated by intravenous anesthesia,and monitored with bispectral index(BIS,between 45-60)for anesthesia depth,stroke volume variation(SVV)for fluid management,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and cardiac index(CI)for hemodynamic fluctuation evaluation,and with analgesia nociception index(ANI,between 50-70)for remifentanil dosage adjustment.TAES(2 Hz/100 Hz,8-20 mA)was applied to bilateral Xinshu(BL 15),Feishu(BL 13),Neiguan(PC 6)and Hegu(LI 4)acupoints for 30 min first(followed by anesthesia induction and operation),and given continuously until 15 min after tourniquet loosing.Patients of the control group were only given with electrodes attachment without electrical stimulation.The levels of MAP,CI,and arterial blood pH,PaCO_2,PaO_2,base excess(BE)and lactic acid(Lac)1 min before,and 5 and 15 min after tourniquet loosing,and the dosages of remifentanil and ephedrine after tourniquet loosing were recorded.Results The changed levels of MAP,CI and blood Lac at 5 min after tourniquet loosing(relevant to the baseline levels),and blood Lac content at 15 min after tourniquet loosing(relevant to 5 min after tourniquet loosing)were significantly lower in the TAES group than in the control group(P<0.05),but the levels of MAP and CI at 15 min after tourniquet loosing(relevant to 5 min following tourniquet loosing)were significantly higher in the TAES group than in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting an improvement of blood pressure,cardiac function and substance metabolism after TAES.Moreover,the dosages of remifentanil and ephedrine after tourniquet loosing were considerably lower in the TAES group than in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting a better stabilization of hemodynamics after TAES.No significant differences were found between the two groups in the levels of blood pH,PaCO_2,PaO_2 and BE at 5 and 15 min after tourniquet loosing(P>0.05).Conclusion TAES has a positive effect on hemodynamics fluctuation caused by loosing tourniquet in the aged patients undergoing knee joint replacement.
摘要:Objective To observe the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion(HSM)and its regularity of acupoint heat-sensitization in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)patients.Methods Seventy patients with AR were randomly divided into HSM and manual acupuncture groups(n=35/group).For patients of the HSM group,acupoints Yintang(EX-HN 3),bilateral Yingxiang(LI 20),Shangxing(GV 23),Tongtian(BL 7),Feishu(BL 13),Hegu(LI 4),etc.were used,and for patients of the manual acupuncture group,bilateral LI 20 and LI 4,Bitong(EX-HN 8)and EX-HN 3 were needled and stimulated with uniform reinforcing-reducing needling method.The treatment was conducted once every other day,for 20 days,with 3 days' interval between two 10 days.The symptoms of sneezing,running nose,nasal obstruction,and nasal itching were scored as 1,2 and 3 points according to their severity.The signs of turbinate-nose cavity bottom/nasal septum correlation,morphological state(swelling or not)of inferior nasal concha and color of nasal mucosa,appearance(deviation or polyp)of the middle turbinate and nasal septum were scored as 1,2 and 3 points according to their severity.The total score equaled to symptom score plus nasal sign score.The distribution of heat sensitization acupoints for effectively improving AR were recorded.Results The total effective rate of82.86%(29/35)in the HSM group had no marked difference in comparison with that of 74.29%(26/35)in the manual acupuncture group(P>0.05).After the treatment,the total scores of symptoms and nasal signs of both HSM and manual acupuncture groups were significantly reduced in comparison with their own individual pre-treatment(P<0.01),and those in the HSM group were significantly decrased than those in the manual acupuncture group(P<0.05).In 35 patients of the HSM group,among the detected 57 acupoints,the most frequently sensitive acupoints were LI 20,EX-HN 3,EX-HN 8,Shangyintang,BL 13,Shenque(CV 8),GV 23,Fengchi(GB 20),Die'e and Dazhui(GV 14)in sequence,mainly covering the Governor Vessel,Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-yangming(LI),and Bladder Meridian of Foot-taiyang(BL),and characterized by heat conduction,heat diffusion,diathermancy,non-thermal(mainly itching)sensation,thermal sensation mainly in the deep tissue and in the distant part rather than in the body surface and the local part.Conclusion HSM has a positive effect on improvement of AR,when applied,acupoints LI20,EX-HN 3,EX-HN 8,Shangyintang,BL 13,CV 8,GV 23,GB 20,Die'e and GV 14 are highly recommended.
摘要:Objective To evaluate the effect on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids treated with electroacupuncture(EA)at Chengshan(BL 57),Dachangshu(BL 25)and Erbai(EX-UE 2).Methods A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control and EA groups,30 cases in each group.In addition to basic treatment,EA was applied at BL 57,BL 25 and EX-UE 2 for 30 min(2 Hz/15 Hz,0.5-2 mA)each day for 3 days after surgery in the EA group,while the control group received basic treatment after surgery.Postoperative complications after treatment were evaluated each day.Results Following surgery,anal pain,anal pendant expansion and hematochezia were observed in both the EA group and control group.On the first day after surgery,symptom improvement was not statistically significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 2 nd and 3 rd days after surgery,anal pain,anal pendant expansion and hematochezia were markedly improved in the EA group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can reduce anal pain,anal pendant expansion and hematochezia after surgery in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
摘要:Objective To explore the needle insertion parameters of deep acupuncture at Baliao points for clinic and teaching.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of prone pelvic CT from January to June 2016 in Nanjing Hospital was carried out.The 3 Dimages were scanned with continuous 5 mm slice thickness.The optimum needle angle is defined as the angle of the needle along the central axis of sacral anterior and posterior hole,and the angle between the needle body and the skin surface and the center line of the body was observed.The effect needle depth is defined as the thickness of the sacral back soft tissue plus 1/2 sacral depth,to observe the best needle angle of deep acupuncture parameters of Baliao points.Results For deep acupuncture at Baliao,the oblique thorn method should be used with the needle-point toward the inner bottom.The best insertion angle between needle body and skin surface is:Shangliao(BL 31)(61.04±12.15)°,Ciliao(BL 32)(57.57±10.01)°,Zhongliao(BL 33)(58.25±8.69)°,Xialiao(BL 34)(54.39±10.94)°.The optimum angle of insertion between the needle body and the posterior midline of the human body is:BL 31(24.54±6.21)°,BL 32(18.58±7.76)°,BL 33(17.36±7.90)°,BL 34(30.73±9.45)°.The effective insertion depth show a decreasing trend:BL 31(58.16±12.43)mm,BL 32(44.57±11.55)mm,BL 33(33.96±10.74)mm,BL 34(31.13±10.94)mm.The effective depth is positively correlated with BMI,and has no correlation with gender and weight.Conclusion The study of the parameters of needle insertion should be taken into account both clinical efficacy and safety,and CT three-dimensional reconstruction can accurately,rationally and scientifically perform acupoint anatomical measurements.

摘要:The literature of Japanese medical acupuncture introduced before 1949 has a definite impact on Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion in the period of Republic of China and the early period of the establishment of the People's Republic of China.In the present paper,the authors introduce its impact from:1)Chinese medical works on acupuncture and moxibustion absorbed a lot of western medicine knowledge,and interpreted some underlying mechanisms chiefly according to the theory of nerve,blood and endocrine,including the meridian-collateral theory based on the structures of blood vessels,lymph vessels,nerves,etc.;2)In some Chinese clinical books,some Japanese new techniques as"tube-needling"(sparrow-pecking needling,etc.)were introduced,the acupuncture treatment of disorders was discussed from the nomenclature of western medicine and some operative standards(dissection of acupuncture needles,etc.)in clinical practice were accepted;3)Some western medicine courses,and subject settings were introduced in Chinese acupuncture education.In general,Japanese acupuncture literature introduced before 1949 promotes integration of traditional acupuncture theory and western medicine in the early period of new China,enriches practical techniques in clinical practice and accelerates the development of acupuncture education in some way.

摘要:Previous studies have shown that there are many common structures between the neural network of pain and memory,and the main structure in the pain network is also part of the memory network.Chronic pain is characterized by recurrent attacks and is associated with persistent ectopic impulse,which causes changes in synaptic structure and function based on nerve activity.These changes may induce long-term potentiation of synaptic transmission,and ultimately lead to changes in the central nervous system to produce"pain memory".Acupuncture is an effective method in treating chronic pain.It has been proven that acupuncture can affect the spinal cord dorsal horn,hippocampus,cingulate gyrus and other related areas.The possible mechanisms of action include opioid-induced analgesia,activation of glial cells,and the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).In this study,we systematically review the brain structures,stage of"pain memory"and the mechanisms of acupuncture on synaptic plasticity in chronic pain.
摘要:The inflammatory response during ischemia-reperfusion is one of principal reasons for secondary organ injury.Therefore,the inhibition of inflammation has become a research hot spot.The current research showed that acupuncture can not only directly inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells and regulate the expression of inflammatory cytokines,but is also involved in the overall regulation of the inflammatory signaling pathway and inhibition of the inflammatory response,thereby effectively improving ischemia-reperfusion injury.Here,we review research on the mechanism of acupuncture in ischemia-reperfusion injury via regulation of the inflammatory response.
摘要:Objective To summarize and analyze the compatibility laws and the characteristics of acupoint selection in the treatment of gout by acupuncture over the past 16 years.Methods "Gout"and"acupuncture"or"electroacupuncture"were used as search terms in the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed databases to retrieve relevant literature.The frequency of the main acupoints and auxiliary acupoints were summarized,respectively.Association rule and hierarchical clustering analysis were used to analyze the possible rules for selecting the main acupoints.Results One hundred and eighteen studies met the inclusiven criteria,and involved 67 main acupoints with a frequency of all points of 630.The most commonly used acupoints were Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Ashi point,Zusanli(ST 36),Yinlingquan(SP 9),and Taichong(LR 3).The main acupoints mainly belonged to the Spleen Meridian of Foot-taiyin,Stomach Meridian of Foot-yangming and Liver Meridian of Foot-jueyin.Association rule analysis showed that Ashi point,Zusanli(ST 36)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)had the highest correlation of all the selected acupoints.The cluster analysis showed five core clustering groups.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of gout focuses on acupoints along meridians and the acupoints around the affected joint.The main principles in the treatment of gout are invigorating Spleen,tonifying Kidney,dissipating dampness,resolving blood stasis,clearing away heat,removing toxic substances,soothing Liver,regulating qi,dredging collaterals and relieving pain.
