      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)on incisional pain and expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-4(IL-4)of cervical dorsal part of spinal cord in rats with incisional neck pain,so as to explore its analgesic mechanisms.Methods Eighty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control,model,EA-Futu(LI18)and EA-Zusanli(ST36)-Yanglingquan(GB34,EA-ST36-GB34)groups(n=21 in each group). The incisional neck pain model was established by making a longitudinal incision along the bilateral cervical thyroid regions and repeated mechanical separation stimulation. For rats of the EA groups,EA(2 Hz/100 Hz,1 m A)was applied to bilateral LI18 or ST36-GB34 for 30 min/time during the surgery,and 20 and 44 h after surgery,respectively. The thermal pain threshold(TPT)of the incisional region was detected. The immunoactivity of TNF-αand IL-10 of the dorsal portion of the cervical spinal cord(C2—C5)was detected by immunofluorescence,and the expression of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-4 and IL-4 receptor(IL-4 R)m RNAs was determined by quantitative real-time PCR.Results Compared with the normal group,the TPT of the incisional area was significantly decreased at 4,24 and 48 h after neckincision(P<0. 05),the levels of TNF-α m RNA,IL-10 m RNA and TNF-α IL-10 immunoactivity at 24 h were remarkably increased(P<0. 05),and the expression of IL-4 R m RNA was considerably decreased at 24 h in the model group(P<0. 05). Following EA intervention,the TPT,and expression levels of IL-4 m RNA and IL-4 R m RNA were significantly increased at 24 h after surgery in the EA-LI18 group relevant to the model group(P<0. 05),while the expression level of TNF-α(coexpressed with microgliacytes)in the EA-LI18 group,and TNF-α m RNA expression at 24 h in both EA-LI18 and EA-ST36-GB34 groups,as well as the expression of IL-10 and IL-10 m RNA at 24 h in both EA-LI18 and EA-ST36-GB34 groups were significantly decreased(P<0. 05). The effect of EA LI18 was significantly superior to that of EA ST36-GB34 in up-regulating TPT and expression of IL-4 m RNA and IL-4 R m RNA at 24 h(P<0. 05).Conclusion EA of LI18 has an analgesic effect in incisional neck pain rats,which may be related to its effect in down-regulating the expression of TNF-α,IL-10 and promoting IL-4/IL-4 R signaling in dorsal portions of the cervical spinal cord. The analgesic effect of EA LI18 is better than that of EA ST36-GB34.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Warming-promotion needling underlying improvement of vascular dementia(VD)by observing its effect on learning-memory ability and expression of hippocampal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(nAChR)subunit proteins and mRNAs in rats with VD.Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomized into normal control,model,medication,warming-promotion needling(WPN),uniform reinforcing-reducing needling(URRN),and needle-twirling groups(n=10 in each group). The VD model was established via repeated occlusion and reperfusion of the bilateral common carotid arteries. Rats of the medication group were fed with Nimodipine twice a day for 14 days. For rats of the 3 acupuncture groups,WPN,or URRN or needle-twirling was applied to"Dazhui"(GV14),"Baihui"(GV20)and"Shuigou"(GV26)for 30 min,once a day for 14 days. The learning-memory ability was detected by Morris water maze tests,and the expression levels of nAChR α4,α7 and β2 subunit proteins and mRNAs in the hippocampus were detected by Western blot and real-time PCR,separately.Results Compared with the normal group,the escape latency of Morris water maze tests was significantly prolonged(P<0. 05),and the number of the original safe-platform quadrant crossing was significantly reduced in the model group(P<0. 05). The expression levels of nAChR α4,α7,β2 subunit proteins and mRNAs(except β2 mRNA)in the hippocampus were significantly decreased in the model group relevant to the normal group(P<0. 05). Following the interventions,the increased escape latency,and the reduced safe-platform quadrant crossing times,and the down-regulated expression levels of hippocampal nAChRα4,α7,β2 subunit proteins and mRNAs in the medication,WPN,URRN and needle-twirling groups were all reversed(P<0. 05). The effects of WPN were significantly superior to those of URRN and needle-twirling in up-regulating nAChRα4,α7,β2 subunit proteins and mRNAs(P<0. 05).Conclusion The warming-promotion needling can improve the learning and memory ability in VD rats,which may be related to its effects in up-regulating the expression of nAChR subunits in the hippocampus.

      摘要:Objective To observe the change of neovascular morphology and angiogenesis related factors in the ischemic cerebral area after cerebral infarction and the intervention effect of electroacupuncture(EA).Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group(n=90),EA group(n=90),sham operation group(n=90)and control group(n=10). The first three groups were further divided into 1 h,3 h,6 h,9 h,12 h,24 h,3 d,7 d and 12 d subgroups(n=10 in each subgroup). The cerebral infarction model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).EA(15 Hz,2 mA)was applied to"Shuigou"(GV26)for 20 min in the EA group. The 1,3,6,9,12,24 h subgroups were treated immediately after modeling,the 3,7,12 d subgroups were treated once daily for 3,7 or 12 days. The neovascular endothelial cells were displayed by immunofluorescence double labeling staining. Quantitive real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to detect the changes of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),angiogenin(Ang)-1,2,platelet-derived growth factor b(PDGF-b)in ischemic brain tissue,respectively.Results After modeling,CD31 and Ki67 positive cells were first observed at 24 h in the model group,and reached the peak at 3 d,decreased at 7 d. While in the EA group,the CD31 and Ki67 positive cells were first observed at 12 h,and reached the peak at 3 d,and gradually decreased until 12 d. Compared with the control group,the mRNA expressions of bFGF at 9 h-12 h,Ang-1 at 12 h-12 d,Ang-2 at 1 h-12 d and PDGF-b at 1 h,6 h,9 h,24 h-12 d were increased in the model group(P<0. 01,P<0. 05). After EA,the mRNA expressions of bFGF at 24 h-12 d,Ang-1 at 3 d-12 d,Ang-2 at 3 h-24 h and PDGF-b at 3 h,6 h,3 d-12 d were increased(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). In comparison with the control group,the proteins of bFGF at 24 h,Ang-1 at6 h-12 d,Ang-2 at 1 h-12 d and PDGF-b at 1 h-7 d were increased in the model group(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). After EA,the proteins of bFGF at 3 d-12 d,Ang-1 at 3 d-12 d,Ang-2 at 3 h-12 h and PDGF-b at 6 h,3 d-12 d were increased compared with the model group(P<0. 05,P<0. 01).Conclusion EA can up-regulate the expression of angiogenesis-related factors in MCAO rats,which has an important role in the establishment of blood vessel regeneration and collateral circulation,and thus promote the recovery of neurological function.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at"Dazhui"(GV14)and"Ciliao"(BL32)on rats with bladder detrusor hyperreflexia(DH)after supersacral spinal cord transection,as well as the mechanism of EA in improving the urinary function by regulating the expression of Wnt-1,β-catenin and Neurogenin 1(Ngn1).Methods A total of 48 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model control group,EA group,and EA control group,with 12 rats in each group. T10 spinal cord transection(SCT)was performed by surgery. The Basso,Beattie and Bresnahan(BBB)score was used to evaluate the motor function of SCT rat,and the Crede technique was used to assist urination. After the urine volume became stable,the urodynamic test was used to determine whether a rat model of DH was successfully established. The rats in the EA group were given EA at GV14 and BL32,and those in the EA control group were given EA(10 Hz/50 Hz,20 min)at the acupuncture points at 1 cm next to GV14 and BL32 at both sides alternatively. EA was performed once a day for one week. Urodynamic parameters were used to evaluate urinary function. Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to measure the expression of Wnt-1 and β-catenin in the spinal cord,and immunofluorescence assay was used to measure the expression of Ngn1 in the spinal cord.Results The BBB score of the model control group significantly decreased compared with that of the sham-operation group(P<0. 01),and the EA group was significantly higher than the model control group and the EA control group. Compared with the sham-operation group,the model control group had significant increases in bladder base pressure,maximum pressure,and leak point pressure(P<0. 01)and significant reductions in maximum bladder capacity and compliance(P<0. 01). Compared with the model control group,the EA group had significant reductions in bladder base pressure,maximum pressure,and leak point pressure(P<0. 01)and significant increases in maximum bladder capacity and compliance(P<0. 01,P<0. 05). Compared with the EA group,the EA control group had significant increases in bladder base pressure,maximum pressure,and leak point pressure(P<0. 01)and significant reductions in maximum bladder capacity and compliance(P<0. 01,P<0. 05). Compared with the sham-operation group,the model control group had significant increases in the protein expression of Wnt-1 and β-catenin(P<0. 05,P<0. 01)and a signi-ficant reduction in the protein expression of Ngn1 in the spinal cord(P<0. 01). Compared with the model control group,the EA group had significant increases in the protein expression of Wnt-1,β-catenin and Ngn1 in the spinal cord(P<0. 01). Compared with the EA group,the EA control group had significant reductions in the protein expression of Wnt-1,β-catenin,and Ngn1 in the spinal cord(P<0. 01).Conclusion EA at GV14 and BL32 can significantly improve urinary function in rats with bladder DH due to SCT,partially by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and promoting the protein expression of Wnt-1,β-catenin and Ngn1.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of deep electroacupuncture(EA) stimulation at"Huantiao"(GB30)on hindlimb motor function and expression of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK)and p53 proteins in dorsal root ganglia(DRG)in rats with chronic constrictive injury(CCI)of sciatic nerve.Methods Forty-eight SD rats(half male and half female)were randomly divided into control,model,shallow EA(SEA)stimulation and deep EA(DEA)stimulation groups(n=12 in each group). The CCI model was constructed by implanting a silicone tube close to the sciatic nerve of the left hind limb. For DEA group and SEA group,filiform acupuncture needles were inserted into GB30 about 12—14 mm deep and 5—8 mm deep(monitored by using a high-frequency ultrasound device),respectively,followed by electrical stimulation(2 Hz/100 Hz,1 m A)using an EA stimulator. The intervention was conducted for 15 min every time,once daily for 14 days. The sciatic nerve function index(SFI)calculated to assess the motor function status. Histopathological changes of the sciatic nerve were displayed by H. E. staining. The expression levels of phosphorylated-p38 MAPK(p-p38)and phosphorylated-tumor protein p53(p-p53)in DRGs of L4—L5 on the affected side were observed by immunohistochemical staining.Results Following modeling,the SFI were significantly decreased(P<0. 01),and the expression levels of p-p38 and p-p53 proteins of L4—L5 DRGs were considerably increased in the model group(P<0. 05). After the intervention,the SFI were obviously increased,and the expression levels of p-p38 and p-p53 proteins notably down-regulated in both DEA and SEA groups relevant to the model group(P<0. 01,P<0. 05).The therapeutic effect of DEA was significantly superior to that of SEA in raising SFI and down-regulating expression levels of p-p38 and p-p53 proteins(P<0. 01,P<0. 05). H. E. staining showed disordered arrangement of the sciatic nerve fibers and myelin,disaggregation of the myelin and axons with deformity and vacuolation in some of them and with an increase of Schwann cells in the model group,which was relatively milder in both DEA and SEA groups.Conclusion Both DEA and SEA at GB30 can obviously improve the motor function in CCI rats,which may be associated with its function in down-regulating the expression of p-p38 and p-p53 proteins in L4—L5 DRGs,restraining p38 MAPK signaling.The therapeutic effect of DEA is evidently better than that of SEA.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the expression of serotonin(5-HT)in local tissue of different acupoint regions at the hind limbs of rats.Methods A total of 6 male SD rats were used in the present study. The local tissues of"Neiting"(ST44),"Zusanli"(ST36)and"Futu"(ST32)at the hindlimbs were dissected after transcardiac perfusion with fixative solution containing 4% paraformaldehyde,phosphate buffer,etc.,fixed again in 4% paraformaldehyde and cut into sections(at 20 μm thick). Then,the tissue sections were subjective into immunofluorescence stain for displaying 5-HT positive cells and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)-positive fibers,vessel-like structure(labelled with phalloidin)and cellular nucleus(labelled with DAPI),separately. After that,the tissue samples were observed and recorded using a laser confocal microscope.Results The 5-HT labeled cells presented flat or round form in the local tissues of the 3 acupoint regions. These cells were mainly located in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue,and concentrated around the vessel-like structure and CGRP-positive nerve fibers. The number of cutaneous 5-HT positive cells was most in ST44(156. 6±12. 1),and fewer in ST36(83. 5±18. 2)and ST32(53. 3±5. 2)in turn.Conclusion 5-HT-positive cell is an important member in local tissue of acupoints(ST44,ST36 and ST32),and varies in number according to their locations,suggesting an involvement of different densities of 5-HT-positive cells in different levels of regulatory effects of acupuncture stimulation of these acupoints.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at different acupoints on follicle development,expression of gonadotropins and their receptors and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),inhibin B(INHB)in polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)rats,so as to explore its mechanisms underlying improvement of PCOS.Methods Sixty female SD rats were randomized into six groups:control,model,Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Guanyuan(CV4)and combination(ST36+SP6+CV4,n=10 rats/group). The PCOS model was established by gavage of Letrozole solution(1. 0 mg/kg)once daily for 21 consecutive days. Rats of the control group were given 1% Carboxymethyl Cellulose(CMC,1 mg/kg). EA(2 Hz)was applied to ST36,SP6,or/and CV4 for 20 min,once daily for 14 consecutive days. The number of follicles was counted,and the ovarian structure and follicular development were observed under light microscope after H. E. stain,and the contents of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),AMH,and INHB were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the ratio of LH/FSH was calculated. The immunoactivity of LH receptor(LHR)and FSH receptor(FSHR)proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results After modeling,the number of follicles at the growth stage,contents of serum LH,AMH and INHB,and ratio of LH/FSH were significantly increased,and serum FSH level and FSHR,LHR immunoactivity were remarkably decreased in the model group relevant to the control group(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). Following EA intervention,the number of follicles at the growth stage in the SP6,CV4 and combination groups,LH/FSH ratio and serum AMH levels in the 4 EA groups,INHB contents in the ST36,CV4 and combination groups were significantly reduced(P<0. 05,P<0. 01),while serum FSH contents in the 4 EA groups,FSHR immunoactivity at the early stage in the ST36 group and LHR immunoactivity at both early and late stages in the ST36 and CV4 groups were considerably increased in comparison with those of the model group(P<0. 01,P<0. 05). The therapeutic effect of SP6 was significantly superior to that of CV4 in downregulating serum LH level(P<0. 01),but significantly inferior to that of CV4 in up-regulating serum FSH content and in down-regulating LH/FSH ratio and serum AMH and INHB levels(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The effect of CV4 was comparable to that of ST36 in up-regulating serum FSH,and in down-regulating serum LH/FSH ratio,AMH and INHB levels(P>0. 05).Conclusion EA of CV4,SP6,ST36 and ST36+CV4+SP6 can reduce the number of follicles at the growth stage and regulate the expression levels of gonadotropins in PCOS rats. The effects of EA of CV4 and ST36 are evidently better than those of EA of SP6 in up-regulating serum FSH content and in down-regulating LH/FSH ratio,and serum AMH and INHB levels,and EA of SP6 is evidently superior to EA of CV4 down-regulating LH level,but without synergistic effect among the 3 acupoints.

      摘要:Objective To observe the prewarming effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TAES)preconditioning of Dazhui(GV14)and Mingmen(GV4)in patients undergoing elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy,so as to determine whether TAES can improve intraoperative hypothermia.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy were randomly divided into TAES group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases). Before surgery,all the patients were transferred to the fixed area of an anesthetic preparation room by using a surgery cart carrying the same temperature sheets and quilts before surgery. TAES(2 Hz/100 Hz,20—30 m A)was applied to Dazhui(GV14)and Mingmen(GV4)for 30 min for patients of the TAES group and the same sheet electrodes of EA stimulator were only attached to GV14 and GV 4 without electrical current transmission for patients in the control group. Then,these patients in the two groups were transferred to the operation room and treated by total intravenous anesthesia,and their anesthetic depth was monitored with bispectral index(BIS,between 45—60)and endtidal carbon dioxide tension(PETCO2,between 30—45 mm Hg). The auricular tympanic temperature was monitored,and when the temperature was below 35. 5 ℃,forced-air blanket was used to warm the patient as the remedial measure. The same temperature of operation room,surgical drape,infusion solution and pleural lavage fluid were controlled. The patients' body temperature in the preparation room and operation room during surgery,incidence of hypothemia,blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),duration of anesthesia,duration of operation,blood loss volume,urine output,total infusion volume,recovery(awaking)time,and chills during recovery were recorded.Results The body temperature of patients in the TAES group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the time of entering the operation room(P<0. 05). The incidence of chills during recovery was obviously lower in the TAES group(3/40,7. 5%)than in the control group(7/40,17. 5%,P<0. 05),and the recovery time was significantly shorter in the TAES group than in the control group(P<0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,the duration of anesthesia and operation,blood loss volume,urine output,total infusion volume,BP and HR(P>0. 05).Conclusion TAES preconditioning of GV14 and GV4 can produce prewarming effect before anesthesia,shorten the awaking time and reduce the incidence of chills in the recovery period in patients undergoing elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of preemptive electroacupuncture(EA) plus epidural block(EB)on pain reactions and stress hormone levels in primiparous parturients during labor.Methods A total of 104 primiparous parturients undergoing vaginal delivery were randomly divided into PA group(n=31),sham EA group(n=36)and EA group(n=37). EA(2 Hz/100 Hz,a tolerable strength)was applied to bilateral Hegu(LI4)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)beginning from the latency of the 1 stbirth process when the orifice of uterus was opened to about 1 cm wider till the active stage when the orifice of the uterus opened about 3 cm wider. Patients in the sham EA group received shallow acupuncture needle stimulation(without cutaneous penetration of the needle tip,and without stimulation electric current output).All the patients of the 3 groups were given EB(1% Lidocaine,0. 05% Sufentanil and 0. 1% Ropivacaine)and patientcontrolled epidural analgesia(PCEA)when the orifice of the uterus opened about 3 cm wider. The pain severity was assessed by using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)at time-points of immediately after EA,1 h after EA,2 h after EA,immediately after EB,1 h after EB,2 h after EB and full open of the uterus orifice. The contents of serum adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)and cortisol(COR)were assayed by using ELISA.Results There was no significant difference in the VAS score at the immediate time of post-EA among the three groups(P>0. 05). Compared with the EB group,the VAS scores at all time-points except the immediate time of post-EA were significantly decreased in the EA group(P<0. 05).One and 2 h after EB,and after full open of the uterus orifice,the VAS scores in the 3 groups were all evidently decreased(P<0. 05),and those of the EA group were significantly lower than those of the sham EA and EB groups(P<0. 05).The three groups had a significant increase in the levels of serum ACTH and COR at time-points of 1 and 2 h after EA,immediately after EB,and when the orifice of the uterus was fully opened(P<0. 05),presenting a gradual increase of their level during the course of labor. Compared with the EB group,the levels of serum ACTH and COR contents were considerably decreased in the EA group(rather than in the sham EA group)(P<0. 05). The dosages of Ropivacaine and Sufentanil,the total pressing times and the effective pressing times of PCEA pump were significantly lower in the EA group than those in the EB and sham EA groups(P<0. 05).Conclusion EA plus epidural analgesia,given during the latency period of labor,can effectively alleviate pain,inhibit stress response and reduce the dosage of anesthetics in primiparous parturients throughout the labor process.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy with spleen-kidney deficiency,as well as its effect in improving cerebral hemodynamics.Methods A total of 220 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 110 children in each group. The children in the control group were given rehabilitation training and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and those in the observation group were given acupuncture in addition to the treatment in the control group. Acupuncture was performed at Zusanli(ST36),Xuanzhong(GB39),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Pishu(BL20),Shenshu(BL23),Qihai(CV6),Quchi(LI11),Neiguan(PC6),Hegu(LI4)and Tianshu(ST25)once every other day,three times a week for 3 consecutive months.The two groups were compared in terms of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM),comprehensive function score for children with cerebral palsy,clinical outcome,and related cerebral hemodynamic parameters(mean blood flow velocity[Vm],systolic peak velocity[Vs],and resistance index[RI]of the cerebral artery).Results After treatment,both groups had significant increases in the scores of GMFM,FMFM and comprehensive function(cognitive function,speech function,motor ability,self-care,and social adaptability,P<0. 01),and the observation group had significantly better improvements in the scores of GMFM(domains A,B and C),FMFM(domains B,C,D and E),and comprehensive function than those of the control group(P<0. 01). The therapeutic effect of the observation group(93/110,84. 55%)was superior to that of the control group(80/110,72. 73%,P<0. 05). The observation group had significantly higher Vs and Vm and a significantly lower RI than the control group(P<0. 01).Conclusion In the treatment of children with spasmodic cerebral palsy with spleen-kidney deficiency,acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can significantly improve their motor function,comprehensive function,and clinical outcome,which may be associated with the regulation of cerebral hemodynamics.

      摘要:Objective To investigate short-term and long-term efficacy of PGLA thread-embedding therapy in the treatment of stage Ⅰ post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with stage Ⅰ post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,and those in the treatment group were given PGLA thread-embedding therapy combined with rehabilitation training. Conventional acupuncture was performed once a day,and thread-embedding therapy was performed once every 5 days. Both groups were treated for 30 days. Clinical outcome,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,hand edema score,and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score were compared within and between groups immediately and at 1 month after treatment.Results The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group immediately and at 1 month after treatment(93. 33%/86. 67% vs 73. 33%/56. 67%,P<0. 05). Both groups had significant reductions in VAS score and hand edema score and a significant increase in FMA score immediately and at 1 month after treatment(P<0. 05),and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion PGLA thread-embedding therapy has a better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of stage Ⅰ post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.

      摘要:Objective To explore the rule of acupoint combination in acupuncture treatment of hiccups.Methods Original research articles on acupuncture treatment of hiccup were collected from databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and Pubmed by using key words of"hiccup","acupuncture""diaphragmatic spasm""body acupuncture""filiform needle"and"electroacupuncture". According to our inclusive and exclusive criteria,the collected data were extracted to establish an acupuncture prescription database for hiccup. Then,the regularities of acupoint combinations for hiccup were analyzed by using Gephi complex network analysis software.Results A total of 606 articles containing 634 acupoint prescriptions for acupuncture treatment of hiccups were brought into analysis. There were 133 single-acupoint prescriptions(20.98%),which was significantly lower than the multi-acupoint prescription(501,accounting for 79.02%).There were mainly acupoints in multi-acupoint prescriptions,and distal-proximal acupoint combination method were often used as the basis of acupoint selection(326,accounting for 65.07%). A total of 163 acupoints were involved,with a total frequency of 2 969. Among them,Neiguan(PC6)was used most frequently(400 times,accounting for 13.47%),followed by Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(CV12),Danzhong(CV17),and Taichong(LR3). The acupoints of the Conceptional Vessel(666 times,accounting for 22.43%),and Stomach Meridian,Pericardium Meridian and Liver Meridian were chiefly used. There were 67 specific acupoints,the frequency of use was 2 555 times(accounting for 86.05% of the total frequency),among which the frequency of the five Shu-points was the highest(875 times,accounting for 29.47% of the total frequency),and followed by eight confluence points.Conclusion The core acupoints are PC6,ST36,CV12,etc.and the distal-proximal acupoint combination method found in this study are often used as the basis of acupoint selection and acupoint prescription for acupuncture treatment of hiccup.

      摘要:The clinical and experimental researches of acupuncture and moxibustion on endometriosis during past 15 years were collected. The research progress underling the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on endometriosis was summarized. By taken Chinese characters,i.e."acupuncture-moxibustion"and"endometriosis"as well as the English words,i.e."acupuncture therapy"and"endometriosis"as the searching words,the relevant articles were retrieved from Pubmed,Embase,Chinese China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,Chongqing VIP and the China Biology Medicine Disc etc. The retrieval time was from January 2003 to October 2018. As a result,41 articles of clinical studies and 18 articles of animal experiments were screened. Of them,20 articles(including 18 articles of animal experiments and 2 articles of clinical trial)are related to the mechanism underling acupuncture and moxibustion on endometriosis. In term of the impacts on growth factors,enzymes and enzyme inhibitors,the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion was explored on the analgesia for endometriosis,the inhibition of ectopic tissue angiogenesis and invasive adhesion,as well as the regulation of immune function and endocrine. Moreover,the limitation and prospect on the current researches were proposed so as to provide the more reliable evidence for clinical treatment of endometriosis with acupuncture and moxibustion.

      摘要:Astrocytes are the most abundant cells in the central nervous system,which has been demonstrated to be one of the targets for the treatment of ischemic stroke. Many studies have confirmed that acupuncture can effectively regulate astrocyte activity in ischemic stroke through these approaches:repairing astrocyte morphology structure,regulating energy metabolism,inhibiting excitotoxicity,inhibiting inflammation response and promoting nerve regeneration. In this paper,the authors summarized the relationship between astrocyte and ischemic stroke,and discussed the mechanisms of acupuncture therapy underlying improvement of ischemic stroke. Additionally,the authors also put forward some suggestions about future researches on acupuncture in ischemic stroke.
