      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at "Baihui"(GV20), "Shuigou"(GV26), etc. on the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), collagen fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP), neuronal nucleus antigen(NeuN), β-catenin and Axin2 protein and mRNA in rats with cerebral ischemia(CI), so as to explore its mechanism underlying improvement of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 108 male SD rats were randomly divided into control, model and EA groups, which were further divided into 7 d, 14 d and 21 d subgroups, with 12 rats in each group. The CI model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. EA(2 Hz/100 Hz, 2—4 V) was applied to GV20, GV26, bilateral "Sanyinjiao"(SP6) and bilateral "Neiguan"(PC6) for 30 min, once daily(except Sundays) for 21 days at most. The neurological deficit score was evaluated according to Longa's methods. The cerebral infarction state was assessed by using a magnetic resonance T2 imaging system. The expression levels of neurovascular markers as VEGF,GFAP and NeuN, and β-catenin and Axin2 protein and mRNA in the ischemic brain tissue were detected by using immunohistochemistry and quantitative real-time PCR, respectively. Results After modeling, the neurological deficit score and cerebral infarction size were significantly increased(P<0.01), and the expression of NeuN and Axin2 proteins and mRNAs were significantly and gradually decreased with time(day 7, 14 and 21)(P<0.01), whereas the expression levels of VEGF, GFAP, β-catenin proteins and mRNAs were significantly increased on day 7, 14 and 21 in the model group relevant to the control group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the neurological deficit score, cerebral infarction size and the expressions of Axin2 protein and mRNA were significantly decreased on day 7, 14 and 21(P<0.01), whereas the expression levels of VEGF, GFAP and NeuN and β-catenin proteins and mRNAs were considerably up-regulated in the EA group on day 7, 14 and 21(P<0.01). Conclusion EA can protect the neurovascular units from injury, reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and improve the symptoms of neurological deficit in cerebral ischemic rats, which may be related to its effects in up-regulating β-catenin expression and in down-regulating Axin2 expression to further activate classical Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on the growth of tumor and expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1(FGFR1) and vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2) in mice with sarcoma, so as to explore its mechanisms underlying inhibiting sarcoma growth.Methods C57 BL/6 J mice(half male and half female) were inoculated with S180 sarcoma cells to form transplanted tumors, and divided into model control, medication and moxibustion groups, with 10 mice in each group. Moxibustion was applied to the transplanted tumor directly for 10 min, once a day for 14 days. After the treatment, Luminex liquid suspension chip was used to detect the contents of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), FGFR1 and VEGFR2. The weight of the transplanted tumor was measured, and the expression of VEGF in the transplanted tumor was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of FGFR1 and VEGFR2 mRNAs in the transplanted tumor was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results The tumor weight, VEGF immunoactivity, serum VEGF, VEGFR2 and FGFR1 contents, and expression levels of VEGFR2 and FGFR1 mRNAs in the transplanted tumor were significantly lower in the moxibustion group than in the model group(P<0.001, P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the tumor weight was remarkably lower in the medication group(P<0.001). Compared with the medication group, th VEGF immunoactivity and the contents of serum VEGF, VEGFR2 and FGFR1 were significantly lower in the moxibustion group(P<0.01, P<0.05). H.E. staining showed a large number of red blood cells were observed in the microenvironment of the transplanted tumor in the moxibustion group rather than in the medication group.Conclusion Moxibustion can inhibit the growth of tumor in mice with sarcoma, which may be related to its function in reducing the expression of FGFR1 and VEGFR2 to inhibit angiogenesis.

      摘要:Objective to observe the effect of eye acupuncture on cerebral blood flow and autophagy of cerebral tissue in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, so as to explore the mechanism of eye acupuncture underlying improvement of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation, model, eye acupuncture, inhibitor and enhancer groups,with 10 rats in each group. The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 1.5 h. The rats in the eye acupuncture group were treated with eye acupuncture for 30 minutes immediately, 12 h and 24 h after the modeling. Rats in the inhibitor group and enhancer group were given intracerebroventricular injection of autophagy agonist 3-Methyladenine or autophagy inducer Rapamycin 30 min before modeling. Longa's scoring method was used to evaluate the neurological function. The blood flow velocity of the cerebral cortex was mea-sured with a laser doppler blood flow meter, and the neuron damage in the brain tissue was observed with Nissl staining. The expressions of autophagy-related protein Beclin-1, microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3), and p62 were measured by Western blot. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the neurological score of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01); the blood flow volume and blood flow speed were significantly reduced(P<0.01); the number of Nissl bodies in the ischemic brain tissue decreased(P<0.01); Beclin-1 protein expression level and LC3-II/LC3-I increased, while p62 expression level decreased(P<0.01). After intervention and in comparison with the model group, the neurological scores in the eye acupuncture group and inhibitor group decreased(P<0.01); blood flow volumn and blood flow speed significantly increased(P<0.01); the number of Nissl bodies increased(P<0.01); the expression level of Beclin-1 protein and LC3-II/LC3-I decreased, and the expression level of p62 increased(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the enhancer and the model groups in the abovementioned indexes(P>0.05). Conclusion Eye acupuncture can improve the neurological function of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, which may be related to accelerating cerebral blood flow and inhibiting autophagy in the ischemic brain.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on the expression of Kisspeptin protein and activities of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis(HPOA) in rats with Letrozole-induced polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, PCOS model and EA groups(n=6 rats in each group). The PCOS model was established by continuous gavage of letrozole for 21 d. EA(2 Hz/100 Hz, 0.6-1.4 mA) was applied to bilateral "Daimai"(GB26) for 20 min, once every day for 15 d. Body mass was measured every 4 days. Serum follicular stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), and testosterone(T) were detected by radioimmunoassay. Histopathological changes of the ovarian were observed after H.E. staining, and the expression level of Kisspeptin protein in the hypothalamus was detected by Western blot. Results Following modeling, the body mass, serum T and LH contents, hypothalamic Kisspeptin protein expression and the number of ovarian follicles were significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), while the number of ovarian corpus luteum was apparently decreased in comparison with the normal group(P<0.01). After EA intervention, the serum T, LH and E2 contents, the expression of Kisspeptin protein and the number of ovarian follicles were notably down-regulated(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the number of corpus luteum was significantly increased(P<0.01) in comparison with the model group. Conclusion EA can regulate the levels of sex hormones and HPOA of PCOS rats, which may be related to its effect in down-regulating the expression of Kisspeptin protein in the hypothalamus.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of intranasal acupuncture on allergic rhinitis(AR), and expression of substance P(SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and neuropeptide Y(NPY) proteins in the nasal mucosa and contents of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE), interleukin 4(IL-4) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in AR rabbits, so as to explore its mechanisms underlying improvement of AR.Methods New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal control, AR model, non-acupuoint acupuncture(NAA) and intranasal acupuncture(INA) groups, with 8 rabbits in each group. The AR model was established by intra-peritoneal injection of egg protein and nasal mucosal stimulation. In the INA group, bilateral "Neiyingxiang"(EX-HN9) within the nasal cavity(the anterior attachment area of the inferior turbinate, about 1 cm away from the nasal limen) were acupunctured by mani-pulating the filiform needles for a while with uniform reinforcing and reducing methods, followed by keeping the needles for 20 min. In the NAA group, shallow acupuncture was applied to the skin of the outer margin of the cheeks, followed by keeping the needle for 20 min. The acupuncture treatment was conducted once every other day for 7 days. The symptoms of sneezing frequency, nasal secretion amount and nasal itching were scored. The expression levels of SP, VIP and NPY in the nasal mucosa tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the serum IgE, IL-4, and IFN-γ contents were detected by ELISA.Results After modelling, the symptom score, expression of SP and VIP, and serum IgE and IL-4 contents were significantly higher(P<0.01,P<0.05), NPY expression and serum IFN-γ content significantly lower(P<0.05, P<0.01) in the model group than in the normal control group. Following the intervention, the symptom scores, expressions of SP and VIP, and serum IgE and IL-4 contents were remarkably decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01), while the NPY expression and serum IFN-γ content were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05, P<0.01) in the INA group than in the model group. The effects of INA group were significantly superior to those of NAA group in reducing symptom score, SP and VIP expression, and serum IgE and IL-4 contents and up-regulating NPY expression and IFN-γcontent(P<0.05, P<0.01). There were a positive correlation between the expressions of SP and VIP and contents of serum IgE and IL-4(P<0.05), and a negative correlation between the expressions of SP and VIP and IFN-γ content(P<0.05).Conclusion INA treatment can relieve symptoms of AR in AR rabbits, which may be associated with its effects in regulating the expression of SP, VIP and NPY of the nasal mucosa, and contents of serum IgE, IL-4 and IFN-γ to improve neurogenic inflammation.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effects of "lingguibafa" moxibustion performing at the appropriate acupoints at their "opening" time on telomere length,expressions of p53 of tumor supressor genes and retinoblastoma gene(Rb)in the liver of aging rats,so as to explore its mechanisms underlying delaying senescence. Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divi-ded into normal, model, prevention and treatment groups, with 10 rats in each group. The rat model was established by intrape-ritoneally injection of D-galactose(200 mg/kg) once a day for 42 days. The rats in the prevention group were given "lingguibafa" moxibustion during modeling, while those in the treatment group were given "lingguibafa" moxibustion after modeling. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the telomere length and the mRNA expressions of p53 and Rb,ELISA was used to detect the protein contents of p53 and Rb in the liver tissues. Results Compared with the normal group, the relative telomere length of the model group was significantly shortened(P<0.01), the mRNA expressions and protein contents of p53 and Rb were significantly increased(P<0.01). After intervention and in comparison with the model group, the relative telomere length of the prevention group and the treatments group were significantly increased(P<0.01), and the expressions of p53 and Rb mRNA and protein contents were significantly reduced(P<0.01, P<0.05). There were no significant difference between the prevention and the treatment groups in the abovementioned indexes(P>0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion on acupoints at "opening" time can inhibit the shortening of telomere length and the down-regulation of the expressions of p53 and Rb in aging rats, which may contribute to its function in delaying the process of cell senescence.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of warm needle with moxibustion(WNM) on morphological changes of articular cartilage and subchondral bone tissues in knee osteoarthritis(KOA) rabbits, so as to explore whether WNM intervention can delay the development of KOA. Methods Forty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank control, model, WNM and medication(Alendronate sodium) groups, with 10 rabbits in each group. A KOA model was established by immobilizing the right hind limb of rabbits with orthopedic casting tape for 6 weeks. The rabbits of the WNM group received WNM stimulation at "Neixiyan"(EX-LE4) "Waixiyan"(ST35) and "Heding"(EX-LE2) for 15 min, once a day for 4 weeks and those of the medication group received gavage of Alendronate sodium(150 μg·kg(-1)·d(-1)·d(-1)) once a day for 4 weeks. X-ray examination and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scanning were performed to observe the structure of the knee joints. Outcomes of X-ray examination were used to assess the degree of bone hyperplasia and joint space stenosis which were scaled according to Kellgren and Lawrence(K-L) standards, and those of MRI used to evaluate the degree of cartilage damage and bone marrow edema degrees which were respectively scored according to Recht scaling standards and semi-quantitative whole-organ MRI score(WORMS). Histopathological changes(degeneration degrees) of the articular cartilage were observed after H.E. staining, and given Mankin score. The ultrastructure of the cartilage surface and chondrocytes was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), respectively. Results Compared with the blank control group, the K-L grade, Recht grade, WORMS and Mankin score of the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01). After the intervention and in comparison with the model group, the K-L grade, Recht grade, WORMS and Mankin score of both WNM and medication groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01). Results of SEM showed severe defect, bulge and uneven surface of the cartilage with irregular growth and regeneration, and those of TEM showed degeneration and swelling of chondrocytes, margination of endonuclear chromatin, reduction in the number of organelles with disordered arrangement, extreme expansion of endoplasmic reticulum with detachment of the ribosome, unclear mitochondria, and disordered distribution of collagen fibers in the extracellular matrix in the model group, which was relatively milder in both the WNM and medication groups. Compared with the medication group, the Mankin score in the WNM group was evidently lower(P<0.05).Conclusion WNM can effectively slow down the degeneration of cartilage and subchondral bone of KOA rabbits, delay the development of KOA.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of "knot-loosing method" of acupotomy on morphological changes in knee osteoarthritis(KOA) rabbits, so as to provide experimental basis for clinical acupotomy treatment of KOA. Methods Male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank control, model and acupotomy groups, with 8 rabbits in each group. By using the modified Videman method, the left hindlimb was immobilized for 6 weeks with a plaster cast to replicate the KOA model. The knot-loosing manipulation of acupotomy was applied to "Hedingci"(located at the attachment of the positive upper margin of the quadriceps tendon and the patella),"Binneixia"(at "Neixiyan" [EX-LE4], the medial side of ligamentum patella), "Binwaixia"(at "Waixiyan" [ST35], the lateral side of patellar ligament), "Chengfeijian"(at the lateral collateral ligament of the knee in the la-teral joint space), "Weiyangci"(at the medial margin of the biceps femoris and the lateral side of the transverse striation), and "Yinlingci"(at the end-point of the medial tibia of the goose foot tendon), respectively, once a week for 4 times. One week after the last intervention, the left knee joint dysfunction severity(pain, maximum walking distance, and some activities of daily living) was evaluated by using modified Lequesne Index score. X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examinations were conducted to assess the articular space size, effusion and cartilage smoothness of the left knee for which the MRI Osteoarthritis Knee Score(MOAKS) was given according to their severity. The histopathologic changes of the cartilage of the left knee were observed by Hematoxylin-eosin(H.E.) staining and light microscope, which Mankin score was given. In addition, the surface of the cartilage was also examined by macroscopic observation. Results(1)Following modeling, the Lequesne Index score, MOAKS, macroscopic observation score and Mankin score were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05). X-ray and MRI imaging showed a narrower joint space, more effusion, rough cartilage surface; and H.E. staining displayed rough cartilage surface, and disordered arrangement and occasional clusters of the chondrocytes in the left knee joint.(2)In comparison with the blank control group, the Lequesne Index, MOAKS, macroscopic observation and Mankin scores were significantly down-regulated in the acupo-tomy group(P<0.05). The abovementioned injury changes shown by X-ray, MRI, macroscopic and microscopic observations were relatively milder in the acupotomy group. Conclusion Acupotomy loosing based on the "Jingjin theory" of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the motor ability of knee joint and repair pathological changes of the cartilage in KOA rabbits.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture in different tissue structures on deqi and the electromyography of acupoint area. Methods Twenty healthy subjects, respectively accepted 4 kinds of needling stimulation, i.e. stimulating skin at Zusanli(ST36), stimulating ST36 with and without skin anesthesia using compound lidocaine cream, and stimulating at Dubi(ST35) without skin anesthesia. Deqi sensation of the acupuncturist and subjects were measured according to MGH Acupuncture Sensation Scale(MASS) during needling, and the myoelectricity around the acupoints was recorded simultaneously. The occurrence rate and intensity of the different deqi sensations, the relationship between the acupuncturist's and subjects' deqi sensations, and the integrated electromyogram(iEMG) were analyzed. Results Sharp pain and tingling were the main sensations during skin needling at ST36. Fullness, dull pain, soreness and acupuncturist's tightness were the main sensations during needling with or without skin anesthesia at ST36. Fullness was the main sensation during needling at ST35, while the intensity was lower than that during needling at ST36. A positive correlation in the intensity was found between subjects' fullness and acupuncturist's tightness during needling with or without skin anesthesia at ST36. The subjects' fullness appeared earlier about 5 seconds than acupuncturist's tightness. The iEMGs during subjects' fullness and acupuncturist's tightness were 2-3 times of that before needling. Conclusion Deqi sensations such as subjects' fullness, dull pain, soreness and acupuncturist's tightness are mainly related to the activity of the muscles under the acupoints. Subjects' fullness and acupuncturist's tightness always appear together. Acupuncturist's tightness may be mediated by the muscle stretch reflex induced by needling stimulation.

      摘要:Objective To analyze the endogenous metabolic biomarkers and pathways in serum involving acupuncture-induced improvement of symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) by using metabolomics technique.Methods A total of 30 RA patients who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(from January 2018 to October 2018) were selected in the present study. They were randomly and equally divided into acupuncture group and medication group. Acupuncture(lifting-thrusting reinforcing and uniform reducing-reinforcing methods) was applied to bilateral Fengchi(GB20), Yangchi(TE4), Quchi(LI11), Yingu(KI10), Taixi(KI3), Xuehai(SP10), Guanyuan(CV4), Yanglingquan(GB34) and Ashi-points for 20 min every time, once daily for 3 months. Patients of the medication group were asked to take Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside tablets(a positive drug for RA, one tablet per time, 3 times a day) for 3 months. Other 10 healthy volunteers were selected as the normal control group. The tenderness scale(0-4 points) and swelling scale(0-3 points) and morning stiffness time were recorded, and serum rheumatoid factor(RF), C-reactive protein(CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were detected for analyzing pharmacodynamic effects. Serum samples were captured for profiling and quantifying metabolite biomarkers by using GC-MS(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) technique. The acquired metabolite profiles were processed(multivariable data analysis) by using ProteoWizard package, XCMS Online software and SIMCA 13.0 software, respectively, followed by screening differential metabolites according to variable importance projection(VIP) and by constructing metabolic pathways with MetaboAnalyst 4.0.Results After acupuncture treatment, the tenderness score, swelling score, morning stiffness time, serum RF and CRP contents were significantly decreased in both acupuncture and medication groups in comparison with their own pretreatment(P<0.05). No significant differences were found between acupuncture and medication groups in the levels of tenderness score, swelling score, morning stiffness time, serum RF and CRP contents(P>0.05). A total of 14 differential metabolites including citrate, creatine, 3-hydroxybutyrate arachidonic acid, arachidonic acid, valine, lactic acid and palmitic acid(up-regulated), and tryptophan, arginine, L-phenylalanine, glucose, glycine, glutamine, aspartic acid and(down-regulated) which mainly involve metabolic pathways of alanine, aspartic acid and glutamate; metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan; metabolism of glycine, serine and threonine; glyoxalic acid dicarboxylic acid metabolism; metabolism of starch and sucrose; and metabolism of phenylalanine and arachidonic acid, respectively.Citrate, creatine, arachidonic acid, valine and glucose was positively correlated with tenderness index, swelling index, morning stiff time, RF, CRF and ESR. Glycine, L-phenylalanine, glutamine was negatively correlated with efficacy indicators.Conclusion Acupuncture can relieve symptoms of patients with RA, which may be related to its effects in improving amino acid metabolism and glucose metabolism.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding on balance function and plantar pressure in hemiplegic patients. Methods A total of 98 hemiplegic patients were equally randomly assigned to routine treatment group and acupoint catgut embedding group. The patients in the routine treatment group were given routine medical treatment, routine acupuncture and rehabilitation training. And those in the catgut embedding group were given catgut embedment at Shenshu(BL23), Xinshu(BL15), Ganshu(BL18), Pishu(BL20), Guanyuan(CV4) and Qihai(CV6) in addition to the treatment in the routine treatment group. The course of treatment was 3 weeks for both groups. The plantar pressure as well as the Berg balance scale(BBS) score were measured before and after treatment. Results(1) After 3 weeks treatment, the percentage of static plantar pressure of the affected foot was significantly increased in the two groups compared with their own pre-treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), and it was significantly higher in the catgut embedding group than in the routine treatment group after one week treatment(P<0.01).(2) After 3 weeks treatment, the peak pressures of the following parts in the catgut embedding group increased significantly in comparison to its own pre-treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), which were 1) the first toe(affected foot), 2) the first metatarsal bone(affected foot), 3) the third metatarsal bone(affected foot), 4) the middle of foot(affected foot), 5) the medial heel(affected foot). After 3 weeks treatment, the peak pressures of the first metatarsal bone and the medial heel of the affected foot in the routine treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). After 1 week treatment, the peak pressure of the first toe of the affected foot in the embedding group was significantly higher than that in the routine treatment group(P<0.05). The peak pressures of the first metatarsal bone and the middle of the affected foot in the catgut embedding group were significantly higher than those in the routine treatment group after one and two weeks treatment(P<0.01, P<0.05). After 1, 2 and 3 weeks treatment, the peak pressure in the middle of the healthy foot in the embedding group was significantly lower than that in the routine treatment group(P<0.01).(3) After 3 weeks treatment, the BBS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the BBS score of the embedding group was significantly higher than that of the routine treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding can effectively improve the plantar pressure and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.

      摘要:Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of acupuncture of eight acupoints around the umbilicus in improving the metabolic level and reproductive function in endomorph polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) infertile patients. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 96 cases of endomorph type PCOS infertility patients who were admitted to the clinic of the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to June 2018. Among them, fifty-six cases of the acupuncture group received treatment with acupuncture stimulation of eight acupoints(Shuifen [CV9], Yinjiao [CV7], Tianshu [ST25], Wailing [ST26], Huaroumen [ST24], etc.) around the umbilicus, and 40 cases of the control group were treated by oral administration of Letrozole. Acupuncture was performed once every other day, and Letrozole(2.5 mg/day) given once daily for 5 days, if no pregnancy got, the treatment procedure was repeated once again next menstruation cycle, continuously for 3 months. The pregnancy outcomes including the pregnancy rate, persistent pregnancy rate, ovulation rate and the first trimester abortion rate, and the levels of fat-related factors including body mass index(BMI), waist-to-hip ratio(WHR), homeostasis model of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR=fasting insulin x fasting blood glucose/22.5), leptin(LEP) and adiponectin(APN) of the two groups were compared. The ovulation rate(number of effective ovulation cycles/number of observation cycles) x 100%, the first trimester abortion rate(number of spontaneous abortion within 12 weeks÷pregnancy cases) X100% were calculated. The fasting blood samples were taken for assaying serum LEP and APN contents using ELISA, blood glucose level using hexokinase assay, and serum insulin by using chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay, separately. Results After the treatment, the pregnancy rate and the level of APN were significantly higher(P<0.05), and the BMI, WHR, HOMA-IR and LEP levels were all obviously lower in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the persistent pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ovulation rate(P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at the eight points around the umbilicus can raise the pregnancy rate in obese type PCOS patients, which may be related to its effects in up-regulating serum APN and lowering BMI, WHR, HOMA-IR, and serum LEP levels.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) intervention on postoperative sore throat(POST) and postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) after endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia. Methods According to the random number table, 60 patients of gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation were randomly divided into EA group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). Patients in the EA group were given acupuncture at Shaoshang(LU11) 30 minutes before general anesthesia, and EA at Chize(LU5) and Hegu(LI4) continued until the operation was completed. The incidence and severity of POST and visual analogue scale(VAS) score at 12, 24, and 48 h after surgery, and the incidence and severity of PONV at 12, 24 h after surgery were analyzed, respectively. Results The incidence and severity of POST and PONV, and VAS score in the EA group were significantly lower than those in the control group 12 h and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05). Both groups had significant reductions in VAS score at 24 h and 48 h after surgery compared with that at 12 h(P<0.05). Conclusion EA can significantly improve the prognosis of patients on sore throat and reduce the incidence of PONV.

      摘要:This article reviews the clinical studies on the application of acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery over the past 5 years. Starting from the principle of acupuncture anesthesia, the authors explore the application of acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery, its advantages and development. The summarized findings showed that acupuncture anesthesia has a better analgesic effect in thyroid surgery, which can reduce the occurrence of stress reactions, adverse reactions and complications, and is conducive to postoperative recovery. However, there is a lack of standardized operations. In the future, standardized operations can make acupuncture anesthesia more widely used and popularized.
