摘要:53 healthy male rabbits were divided into four groups. They were di- vided into acupuncture at "Renzhong" point group and nonacupuncture group after hemorrhagic shock. The liver tissues were excised 10 or 30 min. after bleeding of the rabbits of non-acupuncture. The imminent state about which were mean time 67 min., the hepatic blocks were removed. The excised time of animals liver of acupuncture groups was just the same to non-acupuncture one, but they were sure survival. In addition there were normal control group and CCl_4 injected group. Cryostat sections were made and catecholamine fluorescence induced was with glyoxylic acid The sympathetic innervation of adrenergic fibers could be observed in nor- mal rabbit liver parencyma. Fluorescent varicose nerve terminaks ran bordering sinusoids and in close contact to both hepatocytes and endothe- lial cells of sinusoids. The varicose nerve terminals displayed green fluo- rescence, the characteristic for catecholamines. The adrenergic nerve fibers in peripheral zone of hepatic lobule were more dense than others. The density of adrenergic nerve in different lobuli was not same. There were an abundance of sympathetic adrenergic nerves in portal area and surroun- ding of the the vessels wall formed groud plexus network. It was discu- ssed that the sympathetic nerve might control the liver blood flow and regulate hepatocytic metabolism. After hemorrhagic shock, the adrenergic terminals in the liver tissues were decreased markedly, especially excised from rabbit liver in imminent state. It has not been decreased apparently and the adrenergic varicose terminals to normal level nearly by acupuncture at "Renzhong" point. It is benificial to control the liver blood flow and hepatocytedmeabolism by sympathetic nerve fibers.
