我室曾经观察到针麻胃大部切除术病人针麻效果好时血浆游离5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平较低
血小板向血浆中释放5-HT的量较少最近
在狗的针麻胃大部切除实验模型上还观察到针麻效果好时
血中5-HT 总量升高率也较针麻效果差者为低。
Abstract
The fluorobistochemical changes of 5-HT in amine precurssor uptake and decarboxylation(APUD)cells of the gastric mucous membrane removed from dogs during subtotal gastrectomy under acupunc-ture anesthesia
Nembutal anesthesia
as well as control group without anesthesia were observed byglyoxylic acid induced fluorescence method.The results showed that the 5-HT fluorescent intensity in APUD cells of the stomach wall wasclosely related to the effect of acupuncture anesthesia.The amount of fluorescent cells and the fluore-scent intensity were both increased in dogs with excellent acupuncture anesthetic effect(grade Ⅰ)anddecreased in those with poor effect.Further
it was also observed that in grade I cases there were more fluorescent noradrenergic ter-minals in the vicinity of the APUD-cells containing more 5-HT.These results support the authors assumption that acupuncture might bring about a relative steadystate of the sympathetic nerve
