This review gives some information about recent advances of research on biophysical properties of meridians and acupuncture points. Three opi- nions on the relation between the skin resistance and meridians were pres- ented. New methods for revealing the lower resistant points have been ap- plied. Some factors were considered as the cause of the lower resistant po- ints. Thermography

Kirlian photography and other physical methods used in acupuncture stuties recently are briefly introduced. These data have showed some scientific evidence for the existence of meridians and acupun- ctue points.
