经络循行路线的客观检测是当前经络研究工作中急待解决的一个问题
皮肤阻抗则是人们一直在研究的一个指标。但多年来用于研究穴位者多
研究经络路线者少。在已经报道的一些工作中
虽然也有人观察到了一些皮肤低阻点循经分布的表现
但由于实The observation was performed on 45 subjects and the skin impedance was measured with a set of apparatus assembled by ourself.The pressure of the cxploring electrode and the duration of switching on were kept unchanged during cvery measurement.The area of control measurements expanded to the whole space between the channels.The preliminary results of observation showed: (1)the spots of low skin impedance distributing along the channel course could be found in some of the subjects under observation
(2)according to the results from the observations on the Pericardium
Lung
Large Intestine
Stomach
Gall-Bladder and Sanjao Channels
the low skin impedanae spots generally arranged in a row along the channel
deviating bilaterally from it over 0.5cm only in occasional case
and could scarcely be found in the control area between the two channels
(3)the difference of skin impedance between LSI spots and controls was statistically significant(P<0.001)
(4) LSI spots
with the diameter less than 0.5mm
arranged point by point in a row
but did not connect as a solid line
(5)the results could be repeated in the same or different days.Judging from the results
it many be seen that the channel course is surely characterized by its low skin impedance. After the methods of measurement and proccssing of the data have beenfurther improved
skin impedance may all be used as an index for plotting out the course of channels.
