本实验室曾经报告针刺“膻中”穴可使授乳期大鼠及非泌乳鼠血浆催乳素水平明显升高。已知腺垂体催乳素的分泌受下丘脑释放的神经肽以及若干中枢递质的调控
对针刺引起催乳素分泌增加的效应中可能的中枢机制
特别是与某些神经递质间的关系尚未见有研究报告。本文应用中枢递质激动剂
拮抗剂
生物合成抑制剂等
着重观察了儿茶酚胺及r-氨基丁酸递质系统在针效中的可能作用
发现:电针致非泌乳鼠催乳素分泌增加的中枢机制可能与电针刺激拮抗了下丘脑多巴胺系统活性有密切关系;去甲肾上腺素系统在针效中未见有明显作用;r-氨基丁酸递质有可能参与针刺效应
但还需进一步研究。该针刺效应与其它中枢递质(如5-羟色胺
内源性鸦片类物质
组织胺)的关系
目前正在研究之中。
This laboratory had reported that acupuncture at "Tan-Zhong" acupoint couldstimulate pituitary prolactin (PRL) secretion in both lactating and non-lactating(male
female
ovariectomized estrogen-supplemented) rats. Hu et al haddiscovered that acupuncture could increase plasma PRL level in women of lacta-tion deficiency. As was known
pituitary PRL secretion was under the controlof prolactin inhibitory factor (PIF) and prolactin releasing factor (PRF) releasedfrom hypothalamic neurons as well as several central neurotransmitters. In thepast decade
many studies in neuroendocrinology revealed that Tubero-infundibulardopamine (TIDA) neurons of hypothalamus play a major modulating role in PRLsecretion. It is generally agreed that dopamine was the major PIF. Thecentral noradrenaline (NE) is also a modulator. It was reported that NE couldinhibit PRL secretion
but others obtained opposite result. Theraminobutyric acid (GABA) has dual actions on PRL secretion: central action isstimulatory
but inhibitory on pituitary directly Using agonist or antagonist of central neurotransmitter as well as its bio-synthesis blocker etc.
this paper mainly observed the possible role of catechola-mine and r-aminobutyric acid in prolactin-elevating effect of acupuncture. Thiswill help further studying on and provide possible central mechanism for the effect of promoting milk yield and elevating PRL secretion by acupuncture.
