摘要

观察了间断电针对家兔发热效应的抑制作用与血浆和脑脊液（CSF）中精氨酸加压素（AVP）含量变化的关系及隔区注射AVP抗血清对电针降温作用的影响。结果：（1）间断电针能明显抑制家兔内毒素（ET）性发热效应，而血和CSF中AVP含量则明显升高。（2）隔区注射AVP抗血清能明显阻滞电针降温作用。结果表明，电针降温作用机理之一可能是由于电针能够促进AVP的分泌所致。

Abstract

The experiment was designed to study the effects of acupuncture hypothermia and its relationship to the changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) contents in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)of the rabbits. The results were as follows: (1)The intermittent electroacpuncture obviously inhibits the fever induced by endotoxin in rabbits

AVP contents in the plasma and CSF were increased markedly in comparison with normal and febrile rabbits. (2) Injection of AVP-antiserum into the septal area markedly reduced effects of acupuncture hypothermia. The experimental resuhs suggested that one of the mechanisms of acupuncture hypothermia might be promoting release of endogenous AVP.
