摘要

本文介绍了激光共聚焦扫描显微镜系统的工作原理、优良性能及其在生物学中的应用。与普通光学显微镜相比，共焦显微镜具有可获得高质量的荧光图象和三维重组图象，可对细胞内离子浓度变化进行测量，可进行胞间通讯研究等优势，将该仪器引入针灸经络的研究将对针灸经络研究提供更多的手段。
