摘要

本实验采用形态与机能相结合的技术和方法，观察了不同穴位在电针治疗卡那霉素中毒性听力损害中的效应·以筛选针灸治聋的有效穴位。结果表明：听宫、翳风、外关、肾俞、三阴交、筑宾等穴为针灸治疗药物中毒性听力损害的有效穴位，尤以听宫、三阴交、筑宾等穴位用效果更佳。局部穴位听宫与翳风效应比较无显著性差异。电针疗法能提高听力．改善SDH活性，缓解药物对听毛细胞进行性损害的程度。指出FFR在药物耳毒性作用检测中具有重要意义。

Abstract

We adopted the technitlue and rnethod of integrating the morphology with function to select theeffective aeupoints for treatrnent of deafness.The results show that: (1 ) Tinggong (SI 19 ) - Ylfeng (TE 17 )

Waiguan (TE 5 )

Shenshu(UB 23 ) - Sany1njiao (SP 6 ) and Zhubin (KI 9 ) etc. are the effectine acupoints for the treatment of ototoxlc auditory damage caused by drug. especially. the effect of Tinggong

Sanyinjiao and Zhubinetc

is much better: (2) electroacupuncture can promote audibility

improve SDH activity and relieveprogressing injury of auditory hair cells

(3) FFR mithod has an important significance in the determinaation of ototoxic damage caused by drug
