本文采用测痛和免疫组织化学法,观察到大鼠鞘内注射(it)P物质(SP)所引起痛反应与剂量有关,小剂量(0.5μg,1μg)对痛阈无明显影响,大剂量(5μg,10μg)可使之降低,并可诱发脊髓c-fos的表达。it吗啡(10μg)不仅使痛阈提高,还可抑制itSP产生的痛反应及脊髓C-fos表达,此效应可被纳洛酮翻转。
Using pain measurement and immunohistochemistry
we have observed that the intrathecal injection (it) SP produced dose-related pain response. A larger dose of SP (5μg
1eμg) could reduce the pain thresho1d and evoke c-fos expression
but no obvious effect was produced by a smaller dose of SP (0. 5μg
1μg). Morphine (it) not only increased the pain threshold
but also inhibited pain response and c-fos expression of spinal cord induced by it SP
the effects could be reversed by naloxone
