摘要

本实验用玻璃微电极细胞外记录和微电泳的方法，观察到：电针“足三里”、“环跳”穴能够抑制丘脑束旁核（Pf）神经元的伤害性反应；用密胆碱（HC－3）处理大鼠皮层SmI后，电针的抑制作用被取消；微电泳外源性导入乙酰胆碱（ACh）后，丘脑Pf神经元的伤害性反应被抑制，此作用与HC－3处理SmI前的电针效应相似。由此提示：电针可通过激活大鼠皮层SmI释放ACh，抑制丘脑Pf神经元的伤害性反应。

Abstract

The influences of EA and iontophoretic ACh on nociceptive responses of Pf neurons following topical application of HC-3 at Sml were recorded extracellularly by multi-microelectrodes in rats. It was found that EA could inhibit the nociceptive responses of Pf neurons; the inhibition could be eliminated by topical application of HC-3 at SmI; iontophoretic ACh could also induce the inhibition

which was similar to the effect of EA obtained before HC-3 application at SmI. The results indicate that EA can inhibit the nociceptive responses of Pf neurons through SmI releasing ACh.
