摘要

62例脑外伤性痴呆患者，随机分成针刺组和物理治疗组，观察两组治疗前后痴呆MMSE分值、听觉诱发电位P300波的变化。结果：针刺组各项指标均有显著变化（P＜0．05～0．001），而物理治疗组无明显改变（P＞0．1～0．4）；两级间比较，前者明显优于后者（P＜0．001）。本研究证实了：针刺后溪、神门对提高脑外伤性痴呆患者的认知机能具有显著的作用。

Sixty-two cerebral traumatic dementia patients were randomly divided into two groups:acupuncture treatment group (Group A
