摘要

用体视显微镜（5～25倍）观察足三里新鲜标本层次和断面结构及ABS铸型、淋巴灌注标本。结论：足三里穴与非穴位的巨微结构观察未发现除神经、血管、淋巴、筋膜、肌腱、肌肉等组织外的特殊结构，穴位不是由一种组织结构组成，而是由多种组织共同构成的一个多层次的空间结构。

Abstract

The tissues in different layers and sections of the fresh sample taken from Zusanli acupoint were observed with microscope(X5

using ABS mold and lymph perfusion methods. The results show that Zusanli and its control point(non-acupoint) don' t have any special structure except nerve

blood vessel

lymphatic vessel

fascia

tendon and muscle etc.. Acupoint doesn' t consist of one kind of tissue

but it is a spatial structure with multiple layers

which is composed of many kinds of tissues.
