stick moxibustion on the "Baihui" and "Dazhui" of mice of aging model induced by D-galactose
and then hippocampus of mice in normal control group
modeling group and stick moxibustion groupwas gotton respectively
synaptosomal protein was extracted and analyzed by SDS -PAGE and Minorlayer scanning. The results showed that
in modeling group of D-galactose
changes of relative contentof eight types of protein in hippocampi were greater than 5 %
among them
4 was up and 4 was down.Above 8 types of protein in stick moxibustion curing group
except for 36 KDa protein
other 7 types ofrelative content proteins changed compared with modeling group. Protein increased (or decreased) inmodeling group decreased (or increased) in curing group. It maybe suggest that stick moxibustion hasgood dual regulation to the disadvantageous effect of D- galactose on hippocampal synaptosomal proteins of mice
