摘要

为了解单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症患者的心血管病发病因素以及针灸对其影响，我们观察了34例单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症患者针灸前后主要症状、体征、肥胖指标、脂质含量（TC、TG、LDL-C和HPL－C）、动脉硬化指数（AI）、腰髋比值（W·C／H·C）、血浆血栓素B2（TXB2）和6－酮-前列腺素Flα（6－keto－PGF1α）的浓度等的变化。结果表明，针灸治疗取得了良好的减肥效应，同时它对患者TC、TG、LDL－C、HDL-C、AI、W·C／H·C、TXB2和6－Keto-PGF1α等具有良性调整作用。提示，针灸不仅可以治疗肥胖和高脂血症，还有对抗心血管病发病因素的作用。

TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in 34 simple obesity patients complicated with hyperlipidemia before and after acupuncture so as to make clear the influence of acupuncture on pathogenic factors led up to circular diseases. The results showed that the marked weight loss effect was achieved in the cases by acupuncture
