摘要

32例血管性痴呆的病人随机分为针药组（16例），中药组（16例）。经过二个月的治疗，二组疗效有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。针药组优于中药组。二组均能提高血超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－PX）水平，降低过氧化脂质（LPO），其改善作用以针灸配合补肾中药为优。

Abstract

Thirty-two cases of Vascular Dementia were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture mox-ibustion and Chinese medicine group (AG

16 cases)

and Chinese medicine group (CG

16 cases). lt was shown that after two months treatment the therapeutic effects were significantly different (P <0. 01 )between the two groups. The effect in AG was better than that in CG. It indicates that both of the two xherapies can improve SOID and GSH-PX

reduce LPO of patients. The function ameliorated in AG was better than that in CG.
